Pete's POV
I thought about what Patrick asked, about if Carter and I were together. I spend most of my time with her now. But that's because of the abandonment disorder, right? It was originally because of that, but I don't think it is. I've never been truly upset about a tour ending before Carter. I never really thought about that before now. And her smile, whenever she smiles the whole world brightens a little. I think I see her as more than just a friend.
I'm in love with Carter Marin.
