It's Tuesday and mom and Shawn are getting married next Saturday. Josh is coming today and that means 12 days with him before the marriage and more afterwards. I couldn't be more or less excited.
I'm currently watching TV with Riley and Auggie and suddenly someone opens the door. I didn't even look and I knew who it was.
"hey familyy" Josh said. "Uncle Joshhh!!" Auggie screamed and he ran to Josh "Auggieee" Josh excitedly screamed and put Auggie on his neck just like they are used to do. Riley Got up and they said hello and everything (u know the drill😂). After that he came to me and said "Hey Mayaa" with a slight smile. I got up, looked at Riley and we both knew what it means. The bay window.
-At the bay window lol-
"Riley I'm sorry but im not spending time here so much when he's around. I just can't" "I know Peaches...if you want I can go and talk to him.?" "No need Riles..I love you and all but I can handle this on my own" I slightly and painfully smiled. I went out of the room through a window and that's when I heard a familiar voice calling my name. I turned around and saw Josh. My eyes were slightly tearing up. I looked at him and said "why?" , I turned around and went home.
