"What did you say?" The voice spoke in a soft, yet angry tone.
"I'm sorry, master..."
"Master? I am anything but. I am the almighty, I am God himself."

"Yes, my Lord...." The girl looked petrified, as she looked up to the being in front of her. She stepped back slowly, falling onto the floor.

All that was there was blackness, there were no walls, no pictures; nothing. Just an infinite void of empty space, surrounded in a darkness that could never lift.

"You disgust me." The voice spoke again.
"Wait, please..."
"I accept no more apologies. Especially not from you. You've been here before, and promised me one thing. One simple thing. And you failed!"
"I can explain!"

The girl fell to the ground, the colour draining out of her eyes, until there were titanium white. She was brought up to her feet by pairs of hands from deep within the abyss that surrounded her, but nobody was there apart from her and the strange voice.
She was possessed.

"Go to where you should have been all this time. I want no more of you and your lies."
The hands dragged her away from the voice, until it couldn't be heard anymore, until they let her go.
She stood idle for a solid minute, before collapsing onto the ground.

She was dead.
