Jessica Jung's POV
I'm currently walking on the hallway, together with my two classmates, Yuri and Yoona. Lunch break was almost done and now, we're heading back to our classroom.
As we're walking, I saw Sooyoung and Taeyeon, maybe heading back to their classroom as well. We were walking on opposite directions so I anticipated to pass by her.
When we passed by each other, I felt how her hand softly brush mine. And because of that one, simple contact, I already felt myself blushing.
"Hehe, I teased her a little..."
"What are you, five?"
I heard their small chitchats as they finally disappeared and got inside their classroom.
The warmth that's radiating from that sweet poison you gave me, I'm sure that it affected me somehow.
"What's wrong, Jessica? Your face is completely red!" Yuri said while looking at me. Yoona looked at me too and began worrying.
"Are you feeling okay?"
"No, I'm..." I stuttered and smiled nervously. "Fine..."

"Oh, that's how you do it! I get it now!" Yuri exclaimed happily. "You're so helpful, Jessica. You explained it way better than Mr. Lee!"
"Hey, don't compare the school's president to that fish-faced guy!" Yoona said as we laughed.
Seriously, these two is really fun to be with and they're the ones I hang out with the most whenever we had our free time.
"Pfft, fish faced..." I blurted out and giggled.
They were both joking around when suddenly, they paused and directed their attention to me, both staring at me intently. They actually look like twins, I must say.
"Hey, I'm glad you're not stressed out or anything..." Yoona said as she brought a chair in front of me and sat there.
"About what?"
"There was that rumor going around earlier, right?" Yuri said as she copied Yoona by dragging the nearest chair. "That you were going out with that second year from the basketball team, Choi Sooyoung?"
I didn't answer but they continued talking.
"Nobody believed it, so it died out pretty quickly. I was worried that it'd get you all stressed out..."
"Come on, when you heard the rumor, you were all like 'What? Really?!'"
"I mean, Jessica, you're so mysterious and you're so pretty! And if the rumors were true, you'd be the cutest couple..." Yuri said enthusiastically.
We ARE a couple...
"Yuri, what are you talking about?" Yoona playfully slapped Yuri's shoulder.
"I was pretty surprised. I mean, there's no basis to it at all."
"I know, right?"
The rumor that we were dating spread like wildfire but since there wasn't any proof that could back it up, it went as quickly as it came. After that, I wondered how things would work out.
But nothing's changed even now that a week's passed.
"Good bye, Jessica!" the two dorks waved goodbye at me as I waved back before they went out of the classroom, leaving me alone inside.
