Here is something that will be nagging at you for a while. All the original people were mutants.

Here is a list of mythological creatures that will be mentioned that you may have never heard of.

- sprits not ghosts are very closely related to fairies but they are not!

- Bahuhmut

In the mythology associated with Islam, this is the name of a vast creature that supports the earth. Bahamut is described as an immense and dazzlingly bright fish with a head resembling that of a hippopotamus or elephant. According to one account, it was created to support a gigantic bull, which in turn supported an enormous ruby, on which stood an angel holding six hells above which was the earth and its seven heavens.

- Goborchinn A branch of the ancient mythological Irish race known as the Fomorians, the Goborchinn were ruled by Eochaid Echchenn, ‘horse-head. As the Fomorians were consistently associated with the sea, the Goborchinn may have some connection to the mythological water horse. Those who interpret the book of invasions, in which the Goborchinn appear, as a mythological record of actual immigrations into Ireland suggest that the Fomorians represent a pre-Celtic people of which the Goborchinn were part.

- Barbegazi bear some resemblance to the gnomes of other regions, except for their large feet and the fact that their hair and beards resemble thick growths of icicles. When these icicles melt they reveal normal hair underneath.

- Brownies Household spirits of Scottish origin, described as being like a very small, brown, shaggy human. They do not have wings, in some instances they are said not to have a nose, but just two nostrils. Sometimes described with their fingers attached with a web, or joined completely together apart from the thumb.

- Banshee is said to look like an old woman with glowing red eyes in hollow sockets and long flowing white hair, wearing a gray cloak over a green dress (the color of fairy).Another description is of a woman dressed in white (the color of death) with a ghastly face surrounded by long red hair.
