~Briar's POV~

I look around me and all I see is a cloud that seemed to look like a cream color. It was warm and made me feel safe in a odd way.

Then I saw the one who pushed me into the portal. "Hey you!" I yelled. He turned to look at me. He was short and had salt and pepper hair. He seemed to smile at me...like he wasn't afraid by me.

"Aren't you scared at all? Do you know who my mother is?!" I cried. He chuckled which made me angrier. "I do know...but do you think I'm truly frightened of you?" the man replied.

My eyes went wide in shock...no one has ever said that to me before...never.

And this man has the nerve to do so!

"Now I do hope you'll enjoy your time in the school" The man told me. I smirked "Of course, I'm going to be the greatest witch anyone's ever known feared by all" I replied.

He looked at me confused then he laughed a merry laugh. "My dear, you're going to the side for good" he tells me.

My eyes widened...

I can't believe it...

All those magic lessons and learning how to be a villain...

Is for nothing...

"Well I hope you know that-" but I cut myself off when I noticed that he was gone. He vanished without a trace.

Must have used a teleportation spell I thought. So I grab my bags and head up the hill to the crystallized castle.

~Odette's POV~

I looked around at my surroundings. It was dark, gloomy, and had a weird gooey, sticky feeling.

I felt goosebumps and shivers down my spine when I looked at my surroundings...it's nothing but darkness.

Then out of nowhere I felt someone touch my shoulder and I turn around to see the tall brother. He was smiling at me and said "Looks like you'll become a villain my dear".

My eyes widened in shock. "But I can't be a villain!" I cry "I was destined to be a princess, marry a prince, and have a happily ever after!".

He just simply shakes his head and we move through the gooey mess and eventually landed on land.

But it wasn't the side of good...it was the side of evil!

The castle was dark, gloomy, and full of death and spikes....

"But you don't understand, I-" but I cut myself off when I looked back to see that the tall brother was gone...

It was as though he was a spirit, a wisp of smoke that vanished without a trace.

I take a deep breath, grab my bags, and slowly walking, dreading the school up ahead...
