Violet has had feelings for Alyssa for a while. Alyssa was so beautiful to Violet. Alyssa had curly blonde hair that stayed a ponytail. Her eyes were a beautiful shade of blue. The only problem was that Alyssa had a crush on Louis. Violet had tried her best to steer Alyssa away from Louis but it didn't work. Violet had entirely given up hope in ever being with Alyssa.
{Violet's POV} Alyssa was drawing with Tenn, they were smiling and talking about the dog they were drawing. Alyssa called me over so I gladly ran to her side.
"Isn't he just the prettiest thing you've ever seen?" Alyssa said referring to the dog.
I thought about telling her that the dog wasn't in fact the prettiest thing I've ever seen, that she is the prettiest thing I've ever seen, but I didn't. Instead I smiled like an idiot and said
"Fuck yeah he is!"
"Vi!" Tenn said referring to the cuss word I said. Alyssa giggled and that made me smile even wider.
"Sorry I meant, flip yeah"
Alyssa laughed.
{3rd POV}
Alyssa laughed at Violets joke and told her to sit with her. Though there wasn't much room on the couch they were drawing on so Alyssa and Violets thighs were touching. Alyssa felt a weird sensation in her stomach when Vi had her thigh against hers. Alyssa's checks heated up. Violet notices this and was confused so she looked where Alyssa was and just saw their thighs pressed against each other's. Violet was soon blushing too. Tenn noticed this and decided to draw it. He drew a small heart between the girls heads and perfected the last details while Vi and Alyssa were talking.
"Here, I drew you two something."
"Thanks ten- what is going on here?" Violet said as her face heated up.
"What?" Alyssa asked.
"Um it's uh.."
Alyssa took the drawing from her hands and looked at it. Her face turned bright as a cherry.
"Tenn why is there a heart?" Alyssa said, she realized how high her voice was going.
"Because when people love each other they basically share a heart so that's your hearts combined"
Alyssa and Violet saw the heart. One half was purple and had a V on it and the other side was yellow and had an A on it.
Alyssa smiled "Thanks Tenn it's really good"
Violet was shocked that Alyssa didn't say that they weren't dating and never would. Violets heart was racing.
"Hey Vi, meet me in the roof tonight okay, I have something to tell you."
"Ok yeah I'll see you then" Violet said.

Violet went to Alyssa's dorm and knocked on the door. She leaned on it for a second but as soon as she leaned on it, it opened and she fell on Alyssa. Alyssa blushed and Violet did too.
"Um Vi, do you mind getting off of me?" Alyssa asked.
"Yeah yeah of course!" Violet said rushing to get off of Alyssa. Alyssa just laughed and grabbed Violets hand.
"Come on, silly" Alyssa said leading Vi down the hallway.
The two girls made their way up the tower.
"Man I really miss chicken nuggets" Vi said.
"What would you give to have a chicken nugget again?" Alyssa asked
"I'd give my damn eye for one!" Violet said laughing.
"Hell yeah! I would give and eyeball for a piece of strawberry cheesecake!" Alyssa said
Violet cringed "Strawberry cheese cake is gross, Alyssa."
"What the hell dis you just say?" Alyssa said.
"You know what I said, I didn't studder.
"I'm gonna get your pretty ass" Alyssa said as she climbed up the tower faster.
"Oh shit" Violet said as she reached the roof. Alyssa came right up after Violet and as soon as she got up there wrapped her arms around her.
"Gotcha!" Alyssa said smiling.
Violet took in Alyssa's smell. Somehow she managed to smell amazing even in the apocalypse. Alyssa let Violet go and smiled down at her. She ruffled Violets hair "Shortie." Alyssa said as she walked over to the edge of the roof. She took a seat and patted the space next to her. Violet smiled and walked over to the place Alyssa patted.
"So about what Tenn drew" Violet said "I know you aren't okay with ever you know dating me or something like that.." Violet said trailing off.
"What the hell are talking about Vi?" Alyssa said turning to Violet.
Violet had never heard Alyssa raise her voice before.
"I have had a crush on you since I first came here but I didn't tell you and when you got with Minnie I was heartbroken" Alyssa said.
"What about Louis?" Violet said shocked by what Alyssa confessed.
"He was a cover up, I've always loved you Vi."
Violet blushed and smiled. Alyssa cupped Violets' cheeks and kissed her. Violets eyes widened but she smiled into the kiss and closed her eyes. Alyssa separates her lips from Violets.
"So do you feel the same way?" Alyssa asked.
Violet kissed her again. "Does that answer your question?"
