"Hey, Percy?" I say as I got into bed.
Sophia knew her bedtime, and I trusted her, so I could hear her TV on.
"Yeah?"
"I think the house is getting too crowded."
He sighed. "I've been thinking the same thing. The stairs, the dining room, the living room, and our office."
"We should move closer to the school, so we could let the kids walk and not worry about them. It'd save us money," I suggested.
He nodded. "I'm going to go to sleep. I'm working late tomorrow."
"How late?"
"Around ten."
"The kids will be asleep by then. I probably will be too," I laugh.
I wasn't working at the time, I had just gotten laid off a week ago.
"I won't wake you up, I promise," he laughs.
"I thought you were going to bed," I say, laughing.
"It's hard to go to bed when you have a beautiful woman next to you who happens to be your wife."
I blush and turn my lamp off.
"So... we're really going to move again?" he asks.
"I guess we'll have to."
I lie awake, listening to how silent it was, which was rare.
Then Percy started to snore. I found the sound peaceful, since I had to listen to it every night.
I try to think about other things than moving. Its hard though, because I cannot hide the fact. I'm excited.
