The storm was vicious and relentless on the earth. It was night in Hikikoro Village as Harper woke up from her sleep in a cold sweat. Was it just a bad dream? Or was it more serious than a simple nightmare? She glanced around her dark room, a tense feeling weighing over her shoulders. As her eyes rested on a small silver and ruby dagger placed on her bedside, she knew that it wasn't just a dream.

After all, being told by someone in one's sleep that the world is going to end in a short amount of time? --Well it's enough to stress anyone out. Harper knew what she had to do.

It was going to be hard to track them down again-- especially after having worked so hard to disappear off the face of Ninjago. But this was no time to be stubborn. She had to find them, or else the worst would come to pass. Harper caught her breath before she got out of bed and started packing.

Four months to find them and put a stop to the coming end. Four months to save the world.

Harper pushed her bags on the floor beside the door as her roommate-- who had no idea that she was a former ninja-- questioned why Harper had to take off so suddenly.

"You wouldn't understand if I told you everything, Teya. And I really don't have time to go into either."

"No. No, I'm not going to stand for this, Harper!! I demand an answer!!"

Teya followed Harper into her room, clueless as to what was going on. Harper huffed and grabbed a remote from inside her dresser. She directed it at her closet and pressed one of the big red buttons. The wall shifted into another compartment, revealing a wall of weapons and books that looked ancient.

Teya gaped at what she saw.

"Why do you have a wall of weapons!?" She yelped.

"Like I said, I don't have time to get into it."

Harper took the weapons off the wall and equipped them on her belt. Her hand grazed over an old purple and obsidian boomerang, hesitant to accept it into her life again. She took in a deep breath and removed it from the wall. She latched it onto her back sash and cleared everything else out after.

Again, Harper was followed into the living room.

"Harper! You're not making any sense!"

The maiden huffed, finally caving in. She turned swiftly on her heels to face Teya and scowled.

"Fine. I'll just give the quick version. I used to work with the ninja who have saved Ninjago multiple times, but i left their group years ago to live peacefully away in the meadow. I'm a ninja."

Teya blinked at her roommate.

Harper shrugged and returned to packing. She lined up many bags by the front door before Teya snapped back to reality.

"Wait, wait, wait, you mean to tell me that you-- Harper of extreme laziness--- used to run around with heroes to save the world?"

Harper nodded, "Yep, that pretty much sums it up."

Taya rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, "I have a hard time believing that."

"Well, it's the truth. Like it or not, I'm leaving because I'm needed again."

"You're needed again? How do you know? If you've been out of contact with them for years, how could you have guessed?"

"That one's a bit hard to explain. So, let's just say that I know."
