"Faking it"-I.N.

THROW UP IN THIS ONE

'Why me.' Was the only thought circling around I.N's head at the moment. Our maknae was currently curled into a ball, lying on his bed, facing the wall, pondering on why the Universe hated him. Well, you see, I.N. was experiencing the worst stomach ache he had ever felt in his 18 years on this earth. But, this isn't where the fun ends. Oh, no, no, no. (NO NO I.N. NO) (I had to do it.) I.N. was also extremely nauseous, and very cold. Obviously, I.N. was sick.
Now, there was a dilemma inside I.N.'s mind. 'Do I tell the members I'm sick, or do I suck it up?' I know many of us Stays are mentally telling Jeongin to stay home and rest but, we all know how stubborn idols can be.
Now, in this particular situation, Jeongin decided to grant all of our wishes and tell the members he wasn't feeling too hot. The reasoning behind his decision? Well, when all of the members came home from a long day of promoting, Jeongin suddenly felt pain inside his stomach. Like it decided that it hated him all of a sudden. Jeongin went into his room, curled into a ball, and here we are now. He felt so bad, he knew it would be terrible if he just sucked it up.
I.N. slowly made his way to Chan's room and knocked on the door.
"Come in." Chan's warm voice said from the inside. I.N. made his way to where his hyung was sitting.
"Hyung, I feel sick." I.N. declared, sitting on the edge of the bed next to Chan.
"Yeah right Jeongin. You suddenly feel sick huh? Come on, I know you don't want to practice tomorrow." Chan said, looking at the younger jokingly. Now, don't get mad at Chan. He had his reasons to believe that I.N. was truly faking it. You see, I.N., as most of Stray Kids, says his fine whenever he's sick. The members will only find out when he faints or something. Also, I.N. was complaining on the car ride home of how packed their schedule was, and how he was kind off tired.
"Hyung, I'm not-"
"Whatever I.N. I'm working so leave." Chan said coldly, dismissing the younger.
I.N. tried to tell the other members later but, Chan had told them what he thought, and they all ignored I.N's complains. They also believed that he was faking being sick just to get a day off.

It was 2:30 am when Seungmin woke up. He stood up, wanting a glass of water, when he noticed the bathroom light was on. He walked in to a sight that broke his heart. It was I.N., on the floor, puking his guts out. He was pale and shaking. Seungmin immediately ran out of the bathroom screaming.
"WHAKE UP. WAKE UP. WAKE UP." He said frantically as he opened all the doors inside the dorm.
All the members, except our sick maknae and screaming puppy, ran out of their rooms and followed Seungmin. They didn't really understand what he was saying. It could have been their half-asleep state, or the fact that Seungmin's voice only got higher the more he screamed. But, regardless, they got the message.
They all filed into the bath room. They all saw I.N. on the floor, who was still throwing up. And what is the first thing one of them says?
"I think he isn't faking it." Minho declared.
"Yeah no shist Minho." Han said sarcastically.
That brilliant comment aside, all the members gathered around the poor boy and comforted him while he was done being sick.
When he was finally done, Hyunjin carried him to his bed, while the rest scattered around in search for something to help the poor maknae.
After it was all set, they all started apologizing for not believing him. Jeongin didn't care, he was just glad his members would take care of him. And like that, Jeongin fell asleep.
The rest of the members knew they wouldn't get any sleep worrying over I.N. so, might as well watch Netflix.
Chan called their manager to explain the situation. Since they didn't have a show the next day, he let them have the day off. They all took turns on who would watch over I.N. for the rest of the night.
That day was when Stray Kids, each on their own, promised to take care of their maknae. Also, not to jump into conclusions so quickly.
