MENTIONS THROW UP

Tour. An amazing opportunity for idols to meet fans and visit new countries. For the most part, touring was fun. There were many memories made like: running like crazy people to catch the flight, buying room service at 2 am, goofing around during mic check, just to name a few. But, everything good comes with its bad parts.
In this particular situation it was a chain of not so fun events. The first occurrence happened at a mic check.
"Where is Changbin hyung?" Felix asked to no one in particular.
"I think he is in the dressing room. Can you go get him, we are about to start." Minho replied. With this Felix ran off the stage in search of his hyung. Now, because Felix was in a hurry, he didn't really notice the flap of carpet that was lifted up in one of the steps. So, as predictable from our Australian living meme, he tripped over the carpet and fell. The bad thing about this fall it's that he heard a pop.
A scream was heard all throughout the venue. All the members came rushing towards Felix. He was holding knee cursing loudly.
"Are you ok?" Chan asked frantically trying to help the younger.
Felix was too preoccupied with trying to control his emotions that he didn't have the mental capacity to decipher speech. Given Felix's lack of an answer, Chan ran off to get the medical team.
So, that day the 8 were 7. Felix was taken to a hospital to be checked up. The doctors declared he had teared his Meniscal in his knee (look at me being fancy with injuries). This sound very severe (and in some cases it is) but luckily it wasn't a very serious injury in Felix's case. Bad thing is, our lovely sunshine couldn't perform for a week and a half. This was, obviously, a downer but, it could be worked around.
For the next two days Stray Kids performed, Felix sitting down, and Stays, although sad, cheered. The second occurrence, however, came right after their second show.
Jisung and Seungmin, who were sharing a hotel room, had ordered some ramen to celebrate. Now, this was their excuse to order ramen at 1am but in reality they were just hungry.
There was a knock at the door and a tired looking middle-aged man delivered the hot soup to the two 00 liners.
"Thank you" Jisung said exited. They both started feasting but, surprise surprise, the ramen kind of tasted weird.
"Should we throw it out?" Seungmin asked Han, suspicious of the food in fornt of him.
"It'll be fine." Han said dismissively, "It isn't that bad, we'll be fine."
Of course, things didn't go as planned. To spare my dear readers the gross details let's just say there were many 3am trips to the bathroom, a very stressed out Chan, worried Minho and crying Hyunjin.
Needless to say, the next show was stressful. Felix was hurt and Jisung and Seungmin were sick. It was a lot for Chan to manage. He would have loved to stay and take care of the members but, he couldn't disappoint Stays.
Luckily they only had one show left, one night where the 6 members had to act like nothing was wrong and give it their best. This also meant 24 hours of staying awake and worries for Chan.
He sat on the floor of the sick boy's bedroom, he saw their chests rise and fall. He turned his head and looked at Felix who had come to stay with him. He was wearing shorts and a hoodie. The medical tape and bandages could be seen beneath the black fabric. It was a lot. Too much.
'It's my fault.' That inevitable thought came to Chan's head. 'If you were a better leader this wouldn't have happened.'
Chan knew it was false but, that wasn't what bothered him. He just felt so tired, so out of energy. The constant worrying, the sleepless night, all the stress, it was getting to him. His head started spinning, it felt like daggers were stabbing his brain. His vision started getting blurry, it was bad.

The next morning was a blur to Chan. He ate breakfast, or at least he thinks he did. He helped Felix with his knee, he went to the 00 lines room, and then he went to the venue. His head was killing him, he felt like he was in a daze.
'I can't disappoint them' Chan halfheartedly said to himself.
The 6 members performed, danced, sang, the usual. But, it wasn't the same. Stays knew, they knew, so why were they there?
It all went down in the dance break for School Life. Suddenly Chan couldn't really see, he heard Felix scream, someone grabbed him, then black.
At this point the five boys conscious on stage were freaking out, feezed by fear. Stays immediately started screaming for them to end the show. The paramedics got Chan.
"D-do you want us to continue?" Minho, the most composed at that moment asked the crowd. The crowd roared a clear no so, with that, Stray Kids apologized and left.
Chan woke up at his hotel room, everybody was there. They were worried, yes, but the paramedics had told them it was due to stress, not anything else.
"So..." Minho spoke, sitting up in his seat.
"I was stressed, we were all stressed, I don't know." Chan said, knowing exactly what happened.
"Our manager said that we are going to stay 2 more days here so we can rest and get better." Jeongin said, laying down next to the leader.
"That sounds nice" Chan said, liking the idea of relaxing.
"Yeah it does." Jisung agreed, finally feeling better.
"So......" Felix spoke up, already grabbing the computer and opening it.
"Yes Lix, we can watch Netflix."
"Yeet!!!!"
Those two days were very nice. They watched Netflix, did a Vlive, eat a lot (not Ramen tho) and well, relaxed.

I'm not dead!!! Hello everyone I'm finally back. Did ya miss me 😏. Well as you all know I took a break but I'm back. I'll try to post a chapter next week so, be on the lookout for that.
