Marinette had just gotten back from an akuma fight and was laying on her bed. As she flipped through the homework on her tablet, she heard something. She heard a light knock on the trap door above her bed. Marinette turned to look at Tiki who gave her a puzzled expression. Slowly standing up, Marinette opened the trap door. It was dark outside but she could see the outline of a boy, dressed in all black. It was Chat noir, crouching in front of her.
"Chat noir?" Marinette asked hesitantly.
"Um..... yeah. Do you have a minute?" Chat replied.
"Yeah, of course. Let me just grab my jacket, it's a bit chilly." Marinette said with a shy voice.
Chat nodded in approval and Marinette shut the door. She looked at Tiki who didn't respond but simply smiled. Marinette shrugged, grabbed her jacket and headed up to the balcony.
