When Jameson woke up, his head was throbbing in pain and he felt his stomach churn violently, threatening to throw up whatever food he had left in his system.

"Good morning sleeping beauty." Will smirked teasingly as he handed Jameson a cup of tea and a couple of painkillers once he had sat up.

Jameson nodded in appreciation as he swallowed the medication, the tea delicious despite its lukewarm temperature.

"Do you remember any of last night?" The Colonel prompted as he sat on the end of Jameson's bed.

Jameson frowned thoughtfully before slowly shaking his head no, his memories of last night fuzzy as if it had been a dream.

"I paid for our dinner, and you got a little carried away with the wine. You smeared spaghetti sauce on your face like a child, so I had to practically carry you to the bathroom to clean you up." Colonel paused, smiling fondly at the memory before continuing.

"After that, I had to haul your ass outside where you promptly threw up before I carried you here since your house was too far." He finished.

Jameson winced both at the headache and at the Colonel's recount of last night as he took another sip of tea, his face burning a light red hue in embarrassment.

"Trust me, I've seen worse. There's one guy I know that can't even handle more than a shot of whiskey, although he isn't Irish." Will comforted the dejected brown haired male, patting him on the shoulder before standing up.

Jameson ungracefully rolled out of the bed and stumbled over to the table where his journal and and pen was, picking them up before scribbling something down and showing the page to Colonel.

When did you get up?

"A couple hours ago. It gave me time to book our flight and get packed." Colonel answered with a shrug.

Jameson nodded as he wrote something else down, the mute tapping the end of the pen against the side of the journal.

What do I do for clothes?

"I can take you somewhere and buy you clothes for our adventure since I'm presuming you have nothing at home that's suitable for hiking in a jungle." Will offered.

"After you eat breakfast, we can go get you sized up." Will stated before disappearing into the bathroom.

Jameson nodded before finishing his tea and looking down at his clothes, wrinkling his nose in mild disgust at the smell emanating from the shirt and pants he had slept in.

His long sleeve white shirt had several stains on it, his blue vest wrinkled and his black pants appearing to not be in a good state either.

Colonel laughed as he tossed him a fluffy white towel, stepping out of the bathroom so Jameson could shower.

Jameson cracked the door open and handed Will his clothes so they could be washed before climbing into the shower, enjoying the feeling of the hot water rushing down his back.

I'm going to miss showers, Jameson thought as he combed soap through his unruly mop of coco brown hair.

He was pulled from his thoughts when he heard the hotel door open, signaling Will's return.

Jameson hastily finished his shower and wrapped the towel around his waist, cautiously venturing outside to retrieve his clothes.

He was met with a shirtless Colonel changing out shirts, his chest built much to Jameson's surprise.

Jameson instantly tried to duck back out of sight, but he was too late.

"Sorry, I forgot to give you your clothes before you finished up. Here." Colonel tossed Jameson his clean clothes before throwing his own shirt, either ignoring or not noticing Jameson's face flush red in embarrassment.

He changed in the bathroom before stepping out, finding Colonel waiting by the door with a suitcase of belongings and a duffel of what Jameson presumed was his hunting equipment.

"I already had the weapons cleared." Will assured Jameson as if reading the question in the mute's mind.

"Come on, let's get you better equipped." Will continued before walking out the door with Jameson in tow.

Soon Jameson was clad in a long sleeve cobalt blue shirt with matching pants that resembled Colonel's outfit, his black bowler hat perched on his head and his black dress shoes replaced with black military boots.

A tan knapsack overflowing with supplies such as food and water was slung over his shoulder, a black suitcase in hand and a sheathe with a machete hanging at his side.

"Now you're ready for an adventure." Will grinned eagerly.

With that, the two adventurers made their way to the airport to start their journey.
