Chapter 7

After getting everything from the shopping market, both you and Fuyuhiko headed back to your cottage. You guys hung out there for a while, playing around, eating candy, and just talking. After a while you heard a knock at your door, it was unexpected. Anyways, you stood up slowly, making your way to the door. You put your hand on the cool door nob, and opened it slowly. There was a outline of a bigger looking boy, It was Byakuya Togami. "Oh hey Byakuya, do your need anything?" You ask him, a little confused on why he is here at your cottage right now. He nodded, "Im hosting a party tonight, please come to the restaurant in 30 minutes so we can speak about it" He turned around and walked away before you could say anything else. You sighed pretty loudly turning back to Fuyhiko. "Are you going to come as well" You looked at him, he was looking out the window. "No, I don't like party's" You sighed again, *cant force him I guess* You then grabbed your things, then sat down beside Fuyuhiko. "What are you gonna do while we are all at the party thing?" He looked over to you. "Probably hang out in my cottage" You nodded, then stood up, he did the same. You walked over to the door, opening, then letting Fuyuhiko walk out first. You then turned around, shut the door, and locked it. "Cya later than" You smirked at him, and he just waved back. You headed over to the restaurant to meet with everyone else

You step into the building and walked over to nagito. "Where is Fuyuhiko" He asked you, He was tall compared to you, and you didn't understand why he even cared. "He said he doesn't like party's, so he isn't coming" You turned away, not facing him anymore. In the corner of your eye you saw him nod slowly. *Okay then..* Byakuya started to talk about the party and blaw blaw blaw. "Well the old building needs cleaned then" Byakuya said, looking around at everyone. "Who wants to do it" *Do it yourself..your hosting the party* You mentally sighed. "Well..i knew something like this would happen, so I prepared sticks" You looked over at nagito, and raised a eyebrow. "Your one weird person" You smiled at him, then everyone picked a stick. "Aw man...looks like im stuck with cleaning duty" Nagito sighed. After finishing the little talk, everyone started to leave the building, including you as well. 

*What to do...* You didn't really have anything to do. *Well I can go talk to someone* You saw Peko standing outside her cottage, You slowly approached the girl. "Hey peko" You waved at her a smiled, she turned around to face you. "Oh hello" She replied, you decided to hang around Peko and talk for a little. "Are you excited for tonight?" You asked her, not really knowing what to talk about. She nodded "Sure" You mentally sighed again *What a dry response* "Well im gonna go check on young-I mean Fuyuhiko" You raised a eyebrow, but then ignored it. "Okay cya" She walked off. *What a weird encounter, not a very interesting person at all* You giggled a little, not noticing. 

You headed back to your cottage, and started getting ready for the party thing. You didn't have to do much, just fix a few things, you stayed in the same clothing as well. You looked at the clock, the party doesn't start for another hour. You sat on your bed, and tapped your foot on the ground, trying to think of what to do to pass the time. *I wonder what Fuyuhiko is up to* Your mind kept falling back into the same thought...It was always about him. You stood up, and walked out, shutting the door behind you. You walked over to Fuyuhiko's cottage, then rung the door bell. You waited a few moments, then realized the door open a crack, there was a small eye peering out of it. "Oh its just you" He fully opened the door, and signaled you to come inside. "Would you like anything, I thought the party started" You shook your head. "Not yet, so im coming to see what your up to, I got bored of waiting" You smiled at him, then sat down on his bed beside him. "Oh okay, im not doing anything really" He looked down at his hands. His cottage was clean, and it smelt pretty good. "Do you and Peko have some sort of relationship" You put your hands up to your mouth, that wasn't supposed to slip out..*Oh gosh* The boy looked over to you, "No, and why do you ask" You looked away from him, a little embarrassed. "Im sorry..I was just wondering" You looked up at his clock, the party starts in ten minutes, and its always better to be early. "I should get going" You said while standing up, he just nodded, and your left. *That was...Eventful* You headed over to the old building. 

You walked inside almost running into byakuya, he was just waiting there. "Oh sorry" You mumbled, then he started to move his hands down your body, patting your sides. "U-um what are you doing" You asked him, feeling a little unconfutable. "Just checking for weapons or anything" He took his hands away from your body. "Your good" He pushed you out of the way, and your continued walking to the room. *His hands..were on my...body...Gross* You cringed a little, then entered the room. There were a few people here, Nagito was standing near the back just waiting, Akane was shoving her face full of food already, and Sonia was watching Akane. You walked to where Nagito was. "Nice cleaning" You smirked. He nodded "Thanks, I never thought a ultimate would say something like that to...me" His eyes grew big, You rolled your eyes, joking punching him on his shoulder. You waited, and slowly others started arriving. Everyone was having a good time, eating, talking, and joking around, but something didn't feel right to you, your shoulders felt heavy, but you tried to ignore it.

It must of been a hour or so, and everyone was enjoying the party. Peko was sent to the office, and teruteru was in the kitchen. Suddenly everything went black. You couldn't see anything, not one single movement. People started to worry. "Whats happening?" Someone said. "I cant eat like this y'know" You could tell that was akane. "Whats going on here" Sounded like a boy saying that. "Ouch" "Is everyone alright?" After a few moments of darkness the lights shot on. You rubbed your eyes, not expecting that. Everyone started talking, and then someone noticed something. "Um..where is byakuya" They said softly, but your heard concern in your voice. Akane started twitching her nose oddly, sniffing the air. "I..smell blood" She noted. "How? What?" You questioned the girl, who was still twitching her nose. "Over here" She went over to the table in the back right corner, then slowly looked under it. She jumped back, her eyes wide, and sweat running down her face. You slowly approached the table as well, then did the same thing she did. Others crowded around you as your looked up. People peered over your shoulders. Then you heard screams, and gasps, there...under the table was Byakuya togami, and no..He was not alive. His lifeless body was under the table. 

"A BODY HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED" Monokuma showed up on the monitor. "After a small amount of time the class trial will begin" Your actions were dull, and your were in shock, then Monokuma appeared. He started talking, but you couldn't hear it, you were too confused to understand anything. The bear handed you a small folder and on it was written 'The Monokuma file'. You were the ultimate detective after all, your instincts lead you to reading the file, and then you went over to the body and started examining it. You worked alone, no one really did much, aside from you and Nagito. You asked some people for favors, but no one wanted to investigate the body. 'A knife, goggles, the table cloth' You jotted down some notes in a small notebook that you always keep in your pocket. You spent a while talking to everyone inside the building, but then traveled outside where chiaki was standing, guarding the door. "Um chiaki, did you see anyone enter or exit the building" You asked her, she shook her head. "No, no one did that" You waved goodbye, and went to search a few other placing, casually taking notes. It was a while, and you did everything you could in the time period. The announcement went off, telling you to meet at Monokuma rock for the class trail. You didn't want to, bur you knew it was mandatory. Everyone was already there when your arrived, you were the last one. People started asking questions and talking, you ignored it all, looking over your notes once last time. Then the ground started to shake, you looked up from the small book, and saw a escalator come out of the rock, and hit the ground beside you. You gasp in surprise. Everyone slowly made their way into the rock. People pilled into the elevator, the air was heavy, and no one said a word. The first...class trial was about to begin. 

Monokuma announced the rules, and everything about the class trial. "If you guess the blackened correct, then only they will be punished...But if you guess it wrong, then everyone will be punished except for them" Your eyes widened. *That doesn't seem fair, but neither does this hole...game* Your mind started to go crazy. The bear told you to stand at the podiums which you were assigned too. You looked over to where Byakuya should be, but there was only a picture of him with his face crossed out. Your felt sad, you never got to know him, but he seemed trust worthy. Then the class trail...Began!
