Hey! So I've been studying for a quiz in Spanish and I have to catch up in CodeHS in Python so don't expect multiple updates today. This chapter focuses more on Ned, J.A.I.R. , and Ness. And a prank. As always I love any and all feedback and I hope you enjoy!

Ned's POV

Ned always knew that he was destined to be a man in the chair. He just wondered for who. After finding out his best friend was Spider-Man he figured he'd be Peter's man in the chair for his super alter ego. How wrong and right he was on both ends.

Currently Ned was 'with' his friend while on a homemade computer watching a video from a camera on a dog's harness. As it turns out Peter had another alter ego. The fact that Ned was currently sitting on a chair and giving direction, and warnings about security, was alarming.

But this prank required both Prankzilla and Dogchopter to go covert. Which meant that Ned now had an alter ego himself. Peter had even updated his signature card after Ned had offered to help him unwind after his trip to Germany. Not that Ned knew how that would end.

Looking back on it, Ned probably should've questioned why MJ was calling him about Peter from Peter's Skype account. But now that everything was explained he kinda wished it was actually MJ in the first place. Suddenly a light flashing on the cracked screen signaled that Ned should be paying more attention.

"Heads up 'Zilla. You and Chopter have company unless you can finish what your doing in," Ned looked at a non existing watch, "One minute and fifteen seconds."

"Got it Crocks with Socks!" Peter replied through the com.

Ned sighed, how did it come to this?

Flashback
"Hey Pete! What's up? You never use Skype anymore."

It was really out of the blue, ever since Peter got his powers he never seemed to have the time for such things. But maybe that argument with MJ made Peter think he needed to take some time off. Not that Ned was complaining. That meant more LEGO time.

"Is this Ned Leeds?" MJ asked.

"W-what? MJ! What are you doing with Peter's Skype account? That illegal you know!" Ned managed to say.

Ned then heard what sounded like Peter's dog yipping in the background. From what Peter explained, ever since he got his powers he was more disposed to anxiety attacks. Or as he put it 'sensory overload' and Ness was his service dog for that reason. Ned thought it was pretty cool when Peter first showed her to him and started listing all the things Peter could teach her. He even suggested he make her his Spider-Pup.

Peter didn't like that idea....

"The Beta has confirmed your identity for you friend of Creator Peter. Do you know where he is?" MJ asked.

'Somethings not right," Ned thought, "MJ never sounds so caring.."

"Why are you calling me MJ? Besides you know Peter. He's probably still out patrolling." Ned dismissed.

"Creator Peter Gabe specific instructions to call you if he has been gone for 'too long' and he has been gone for thirty six hours." MJ informed him.

By now Ned was pretty sure MJ had been abducted by aliens and had her brains scrambled. Why was she calling Peter her creator? Did she lose a bet or something? Nah. MJ doesn't bet.

"I'll track his suit for you if you want. But I'm sure he's fine." Ned reassured.

"Please do." MJ responded.
