Briana's POV

I was sitting at home bored eating when Tiana had texted me inviting me to the mall. I was curious as to why she was all hugged up on Dreon but I would find out soon enough. I was also curious as to why the hell Dreon and Kaleb was together. I was forsure gonna ask Kaleb soon as he got in the house.

I went in the kitchen to get more snacks & something to drink while I watched Wentworth. I was bored as fuck and getting sick of it. I was all caught up on my school work so there wasnt nothing productive for me to do. I wanted a job but Kaleb or Dreon didnt want me working. I was starting to feel lonely as hell. I couldn't see Dre as much because we figured Kaleb would be keeping an eye on him. The last thing we wanted was to get caught.

I havent seen or talked to my brother or mom in 5 months. My 18th birthday was in 2 1/2 months so I figured I would reach out to them then because they wouldn't be able to tell me what to do. I didn't really care for my mom but I miss my brother. We use to be close as fuck. I kinda wonder if him and Kaleb still do business together.

My thoughts were interrupted from Kaleb walking through the door drunk. It was almost midnight and this was unusual as hell for him. The man could barely walk so I put him in a cold shower to sober him up. After his shower I helped him into bed then went in the kitchen to get him a Vernors. When I came back in the room I got in bed with him and just held him. I missed the old us. At one point we were so happy together then Taylor ruined everything. The thought of her pissed me off so I tried to get up but he wouldn't let me move.

"B, where you going. Its almost my birthday you aint gone give me no pussy." he asked

I looked at my phone to check the date and lord behold it was 10 minutes away from being his 19th birthday. I dont know how I forgot his birthday but what I did know was that this pussy was no longer his.

"Naw you beyond drunk. Go to sleep boy, ill see you in the morning."

Instead of him going to sleep he got up and started getting dressed.

"Where you going?" I asked.

"To get some pussy. You dont wanna give it to me somebody else will." He shouted

"If you leave, i wont be here when you get back Kaleb."

He walked up to me and choked me again the wall. "B, the sooner you get it through that nut ass head of yours that you not ever leaving me, the happier we'll be."

This nigga had me beyond fucked up. Not only is he cheating on me with my bestfriend, he had the nerve to tell me he was about to cheat then choke me up. Yeah im tired of waiting I was leaving tonight. Me and Dreon would just have to come up with a different plan. Im done with Kaleb.

Its been about 15 minutes since Kaleb left and I sat there contemplating on what I wanted to do. If I left things would get crazy. He would turn this city upside down until he found me. I called Dreon to get advice and he offered to rent me out an apartment to hide out in but I didnt want to live my life hiding from him. I just decided to stay. 

Times like this I be wishing I had a real mother to call or run to. How am I 17 in this position man life was crazy.

I cried myself to sleep.

The next morning I got up and made Kaleb breakfast in bed. . . well couch cause thats where he was. In the bathroom I put a bag filled with small things like mens body wash, underwear and shirts with a balloon tied to it. I sat a card in front of the bag then got in the shower. It was Saturday and me & Tiana was going to the mall. Of course Taylor armadillo face ass had the most to say but so fuck her.

After my shower I got dressed, wearing something cute but basic. I had on a grey Polo sweatsuit with the burgundy polo sign with my burgundy velvet Jordan 12s to match and a small burgundy book bag as a purse. I flat ironed my bundles until they were bone straight and did my edges. Applied my lashes and lip gloss and I was ready to go. Im glad I was a pretty bitch and aint have to spend hours on doing make up.

I met up with Tiana at the mall and of course our first stop was the food court. Today I wanted Chinese and pizza. I dont know what was going on with my taste buds lately. Tiana was looking at me like I was crazy as I sat in the line for Chinese food while eating my slice of pizza.

After we got our food and ate we hit up a couple stores then decided to stop by the nail shop for a pedicure.

"These chairs are so comfortable." Tiana said

"Girl tell me about it but so whats your story girl. why i never seen you around before."

"I use to live here when I was a kid but then I moved to Chicago. I been back for about a week." she explained

"Oh okay. That must be hard moving back and forth." I said

"Naw its coo, whats yo story though."

"Well I live with this guy, we use to be in a relationship but it's complicated. Um . . . I dont really have family since im mad at my mom and brother. Its my senior year, my 18th is coming up so thats what im focused on right now." I explained

"Mines too when your birthday?" she asked

"July 23rd."

"Say swear to god, bitch MINES TOO." she yelled

We looked at each other shocked as hell. Like this is just too weird. Our names the similar and our birthdays was the same. Yeah God looked out.

"Naw thats crazy as fuck. We should throw a big party." I suggest

" Yeah we actually can but back to what you said before. How you living with some dude and it's complicated."

"Well I've been dating my boyfriend since I first turned 17. Everything was good but then he start fucking my best friend. A little before I found out I had met this boy named Dre and he was my boy best friend. He in college but he treated me so good. After I found out about my boyfriend cheating with my best friend, I made stuff official with the boy Dre. I tried leaving my boyfriend but he be on some crazy shit so right now Dre just told me stay with him until I find a safe way to leave." I explained

"I noticed you named Dre but not nobody else. You must like him."

"Yeah im in love with him. You know him though right I seen yall hug yesterday." I asked sarcastically

"Yeah thats my brother, same daddy." She said with a grin.

"Oh so bitch you already knew." I said laughing

"Yeah girl he filled me in. I just wanted to see if your intentions with my brother was pure."

"Yeah i love that man beyond measures."

"Good. but i want in on the plan. At least let me beat yo best friend up. We basically sisters now so yo beef is my beef." She said

"Okay, but you aint beating her up though. I wanna whoop her ass myself. Its personal."

We sat there getting to know each other more while the nail techs did our feet. Me and this girl was like the same person it was scary. I could tell she was solid and what made it better was that she was Dreon's sister. I finally had somebody to vent to about everything. I was excited.
