Rowena slips the serum into the two bottles of beer before bringing them out to Sam and Dean, "I thought you'd like a drink to celebrate, in any case, I better be off. Lucifer and all that." She shrugs before leaving the bunker which didn't even phase the two men at this stage. They are used to people just dropping by to be annoying or to help them or to get help.
Sam looks up from his book cautiously before taking a sip with a shrug, assuming it's harmless until he gasps at the taste, "what did she put in these beers?"
Dean shrugs before taking a gulp from his, "they seem fine to me." He grabs Sam's beer and takes a swig, "gah! That's gross, maybe she spat in yours?"
Sam takes a small sip out of Dean's beer, "yours tastes exactly the same as mine, jerk."
Dean shrugs, "bitch." He pauses, "I don't know, maybe my taste buds are acting strange."
Castiel enters the bunker, "guess who I found." He says until he sees their faces, "what happened? Did someone die?"
Sam shakes his head slightly, his brown hair dancing with the movement, "it's just the beers Rowena got us, they taste off. Anyway, who did you find?"
Castiel nods slowly, "Gabriel, you may come in now."
There's a long pause before a familiar voice speaks from behind them, "did you miss me?"
They turn to Gabriel, "great, you're still alive." Dean mutters under his breath, a little shocked to hear the words come out of his mouth.
"Well, thanks for the warm welcome Deano, Sammy, are you at least glad to see me?" Gabriel says, sarcasm dripping from his mouth on the first half of the sentence.
Sam struggles to hold the words back as he speaks, "of course I missed you, Gabriel."
Dean raises an eyebrow at Sam, "Sam, what the Hell? You missed him?"
"Why wouldn't I? I mean, the whole thing about making you die over and over was annoying and hurt my feelings but otherwise, he's like a loveable teddy bear." Sam covers his mouth near the end, muffling the sound of his voice.
"A little too straightforward there, aren't we Samantha?" Gabriel asks, clearly taken aback at this knowledge, half expecting no one to miss him.
Castiel examines the bottles of beer and sighs, "the bottles are laced in a truth serum. Rowena gave you both a truth serum, I'm afraid you won't be able to lie until we get the serum out of your system."
"How long will that take?" Dean asks as he gives Castiel a frustrated look, sighing deeply.
Castiel shrugs, "with Rowena's magic it could take days, weeks, maybe even months. The only other way would be to find Rowena and to get her to counteract the serum."
Gabriel smiles slightly, an evil type of grin which ends up being spread across his entire face. "I'm liking this I can know Sam's deepest, darkest fears and desires."
"We need to find Rowena, ASAP," Sam says quickly, his voice wavering a little.
Dean sighs, "and how do you suppose we do that? I guess we could search for any activity, get Crowley to help but she would already be gone by now anyway so it may take a few days or up to a few weeks, knowing our luck."
"As long as Gabriel doesn't ask me any personal questions, I'll be fine," Sam admits.
Gabriel's gaze locks with Sam's, "and why might that be, Samantha?"
Dean rolls his eyes, "Sam, you realise that you can manipulate the truth without lying, right? It's simple."
Gabriel smiles at Dean, "oh yeah? And what would you need to hide, Deano?"
Dean coughs uncomfortably, "nothing I need or want to share, of course." There's a long pause, "see? Now, can we just start searching for Rowena? I'll go call Crowley." Dean gets up, fishes his phone from his pocket and walks out of the main room.
   "He seems suspicious." Gabriel states.
Castiel sighs, finally speaking, "leave him be Gabriel. They both don't need you pestering them."
"Ouch, my feelings," Gabriel says before they start to do research.

"So... Samantha, we're alone. How about you tell me one of those deeper, darkest desires of yours?" Gabriel says with a raised eyebrow.
Sam thinks carefully before answering, "I don't really think I want to."
Gabriel huffs, "damn Dean and his stupid manipulating the truth method."
Sam laughs a little, "Dean can be quite annoying at times but he's great, really."
Dean nods, "I should think so, bitch."
"Jerk," Sam simply replies with as he watches Dean go straight for the fridge in his dressing gown.
Gabriel looks at Dean, "so, how are you today Deano?"
Dean shrugs, not thinking properly about his answer as he makes himself a coffee, "I mean, I'm tired, I didn't really sleep last night. I couldn't stop thinking about..." he trails off, finally realising he's talking about his feelings. "No chick flick moments, dammit." He devours the cup of coffee before making himself another cup.
"I don't think you need more coffee, Dean, I think you need to sit down and talk to me, what's bothering you? Why couldn't you sleep last night?" Sam says, tapping the seat beside him at the table.
Dean huffs, "I don't want to talk about it like I said, no chick flick moments."
Castiel comes in with a sigh, "could you guys be any louder?"
Gabriel shields his eyes jokingly, "Cassie, put a shirt on." He lowers his hand with a shrug.
"Sorry, I was showering before this and I could still hear your voices over the running water so I decided to inform all of you of this." Castiel states.
Sam glances at Dean who is staring at Castiel, "I'm too tired to care that Dean is staring at Castiel right now."
Dean quickly turns away, placing bacon into a pan with a sigh, wanting to say he wasn't but he can't get the words out. "Hah, he's all flustered as well," Gabriel says.
Castiel raises his eyebrows before shrugging it off and walking back out the room, probably to go and slip a shirt on.

So, I've never done the whole Supernatural fan fiction thing but hey, here you go anyway. May I just add that I am only on season 12 so... I know, I'm horrible but I'm catching up really quickly when I'm not revising for GCSEs or when I'm not doing homework. I write/read at night time as well and I don't sleep until about 12:30 am so it may be a little bad due to the lack of sleep as I don't have any time to do this any more without using my sleeping time. I hate year 11 so much but I really don't want to leave school, seriously, growing up sucks. Anyway, enjoy.
