Jimin walked into Jungkook's office with a huge cake prepared for him. It was his birthday, so he wanted to do something special for Jungkook. He felt giddy when he thought about all the possible reactions Jungkook would have when he saw the cake. It was in his favourite flavour too, chocolate. Exactly how he liked it.

It's been 6 years since they got married. 6 years since Jimin's life was as perfect as it could be. Time went by so fast whenever he was around Jungkook. He couldn't help but conplain sometimes. Just as he was going to open the door, a moan came from inside the room.

He opened the door to see a girl on top of Jungkook. She was only in her bra and underwear, and was sitting on Jungkook's lap. She continued her movements even when she got found out by Jimin. Jimin's eyes looked over to Jungkook. He was barely awake and was clearly pretty into it.

Jimin didn't know how to feel. Was he supposed to feel sad? Or was he supposed to feel angry? He didn't know if he should burst into tears or if he should punch the two of them directly in the face. Well, he didn't have to wonder for much longer because his body automatically grabbed the cake and smacked it onto the two of them, making the girl gasp.

Jimin stormed out of Jungkook's office and immediately started packing his stuff to get ready to leave. Although a part of him didn't want to, he knew that he couldn't stay there anymore. It was a pity that he had to leave, especially because the people in the clan and this mansion has become his new home. It wasn't his home anymore, which meant that he had to leave as soon as he could.

He was originally going to surprise Jungkook with something that was sure to make him happy, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen anymore. He dialed Taehyung's phone number and gave him a call. Taehyung answered after a few seconds and greeted him cheerfully as usual.

"Taehyung, I'm so sorry. I'm leaving Jungkook's mansion, which means I won't be able to hang out with you or the others anymore. I have to live in hiding from now on. He cheated on me, Taehyung. I can't stay with him." Jimin told Taehyung, hanging up as soon as he finished telling him.

Jimin didn't know here he could go if he left Jungkook's mansion. He could go back to live with his parents, but he wasn't sure if his parents would accept him or not. After all, he did go against their will and drop out of college before telling them. If he wasn't accepted there, he would be on the streets.

He called his younger brother to ask him for a favour. "Hey, Jihyung. I know it's been a while since I called you, but can you convince mom and dad to let me live with them for a while? My marriage isn't working out, so I left. I'll return the favour to you, I promise, so can you help me out this once?" Jimin asked quietly. He felt ashamed that he needed his younger brother's help to have a place to stay.

"No problem! You've always been helping me with my grades when I was younger, so I'm glad that I can finally do something for you! You can count on me! I'll make sure you have a place to stay tonight! They won't say anything as long as I'm around, I promise. You don't owe me anything, I'm glad I can do this for you." He replied cheerfully, making Jimin smile. He hasn't smiled since Jungkook cheated on him, so Jihyung's words cheered him up a lot.

"Thank you, Jihyung. I'm so lucky to have such a kind younger brother like you. I'll arrive within an hour, so please convince them until then. Bye, Jihyung! Make sure to eat well, alright?" Jimin responded, hanging up. He walked to the skytrain station to have a ride back to his old home.

Just like he said, it really did take an hour for him to arrive. Jihyung kept his promise and their parents let Jimin stay with them for a while. Although they weren't very pleased, a look from Jihyung was enough to prevent Jimin from getting scolded.

That night, Jihyung had a fight with their parents while Jimin went to bed. Their parents were furious that Jihyung brought Jimin back to their home when he wasn't welcomed. Jihyung on the other hand, was furious because of his parents unfair behaviour. He's always known that he was the favourite out of the two of them even though he was inferior to everything Jimin was. He hated how they treated Jimin so poorly.

Their expectations for Jimin was too high for him to handle, while their expectations for Jihyung hit rock bottom. The reason? Because Jihyung was the younger and more handsome child out of the two of them which made his parents want to pamper him. He used to like being pampered as a child, but he now despises it.

Little did they know, Jimin heard everything they yelled at each other that night. From the insults to the sound of Jihyung's punch on the wall. There wasn't one detail that he missed. He hated seeing his family like this because of him. Everyone was so content with their lives while he lived with Jungkook. Now, it's all changed because of a stupid mistake.

Everyone in their family knew that Jihyung had an uncontrollable issue with his temper. One wrong move could make him turn from a seemingly innocent child to a person who threw dishes and swung bats everywhere. Even their parents knew that Jihyung's temper wasn't normal, but they couldn't do anything to stop it.

They didn't know that Jimin could easily calm him down if he wanted to. As a child, Jimin was his best friend when no one else was because of his temper and personality. They used to stick together like glue, but that changed when Jimin went to college which seperated the two of them. Still, they haven't drifted much even after all these years apart.

Jimin knew that he could calm down Jihyung, but even he was too afraid to do anything. Once Jihyung was mad, there was almost nothing anyone could do to stop him. Jimin was one of those exceptions, but even he sometimes gets scared of Jihyung. When he does get scared of Jihyung, the only thing they could do was wait for Jihyung to slowly calm down.

But he never did.
