They didn’t have much information to go on, especially after investigation of the crime scene. “It looks normal.”
“And there are no statues.”
The crime scene of the disappearance was normal. Normally there wouldn’t be a crime scene for a disappearance, but this time someone saw it happen. When the fake FBI badges let them through, they had the intention of speaking to the witness, but to no avail. The witness had disappeared too. This was odd, serial disappearances? Was this possible? They were going into this hunt blind.
Back at the motel room, Sam looked at the page again for reassurance. The same page gave no explanation on how to kill them or what to take if one was stupid enough to try. The only useful thing on the page was the number at the bottom of the page, closely followed by the caption: “Someone who can help”
“Hello.” Dean had called the number and a man had answered on the other side of the line.
“Yeah hi can you help us out with some statues? This website says you can.” Dean was in deep conversation with this man, leaving Sam looking from Dean to the website. It was a while when Dean hung up the phone and looked over to Sam with a worried look. “Sammy, these things are dangerous.”
Sam saw the look in his eyes and realised this was serious and bad. Dean never had a look of fear, or he hardly ever did. They have gone through the Apocalypse and Dean had been through hell and back, but this seemed like it would be the worst of all. “So what did he say Dean?”
“He said he will meet us outside the crime scene. Look out for a blue box.”
