Chapter 4:

        It was late in the morning when we finally reached the airport. My whole body felt sore and cramped, but I was too excited to care. I jumped out of my seat and ran out the jet, screaming for the guards to keep up. A sleek black limosine was waiting for us at the entrance of the airport. I ran into the car, slammed the door and ushered the driver to start the engine. Staring out the window, my mind couldn't help but wander. What if he wasn't here? What if he didn't want me? What if I became a loner and noone talked to me? The list could go on forever.

        An exasperated sigh escaped my lips just as we reached my new home. It was a tall, white mansion with a tropical twist. There was a magnificently huge front and back garden containing all the fruits, flowers, and vegetables known to man. My parents had certainly went all out on this one. It was truly a magnificent sight, but did not even come close to looking like home.

        Tomorrow would be my first day of school and it was already 6 in the afternoon. I raced up the staircase and quickly unpacked my suitcases. I lay on the ground, just as I had finished and unknowingly fell into a calm dreamless sleep.

                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        I woke up on the carpet of my bedroom. My face was numb and held the faint imprint of the carpet on my right cheek. Sighing, I entered the washroom to begin getting ready for my first day of school. After taking a quick shower, straighting my weird hair and applying my makeup, I chose a black mini skirt, a dark red fancy crop top, knee-high leather heeled-boots and a bunch of matching gold accessories. I felt way too overdressed but I wanted to make a good first impression on my mate if I were to see him today. The school already knew that I was enrolled so the students should have been aware of who I am and where I come from. This also means that the Paparazzi were aware of my arrival in America aswell. Oh, great!
        I made my way down the spiral staircase and into the sparkling kitchen. There was a plate set for me with my favourite breakfast; waffles and whipped cream. I wolfed down the food-- no pun intended-- and grabbed my purse as I headed out the front door.
        The chaffeur of our limosine was standing by the car door waiting for me when I got out. I smiled at him, "Hey there, Ralph. How you doin'?" He laughed, "I see you're in a better mood than a few days ago!" I nodded my head as my smile grew and he began to drive.
        When we reached the huge iron gates that welcomed us into the school, my heart was not only beating rapidly but bouncing in its place. I was so scared. Everything seemed to happen in slow motion as Ralph opened the car door for me, I exited the limosine and stood confidently infront of a huge crowd of students who opened their mouths in awe.
        My eyes roamed the crowd for someone in particular, but I really didn't know what I was looking for. Ralph drove away as I began to walk through the excited crowd and into the old building. Someone screamed at me to stop, but my mind was elsewhere. My eyes were focused on the ground, when someone grabbed my arm and yanked me backwards. I gasped as I almost lost my balance. A girl stood in front of me with an annoyed look, "Who the hell are you? And why are you in MY school?" I was shocked, but refused to show it. "Princess Rosebella Scarlett Sandersole of Royalta and you are?" Her mouth fell open as she gawked at me. She quickly recovered and smiled wide, "Welcome to our school, Rosie! I'm Tiffany, but you can call me Tiff. My dad owns this school and he told me all about you! Let me introduce you to my friends."
"It's Rosebella," I muttered under my breath. She just grinned and pulled me towards a group of people. I was so absorbed in my own thoughts, that I had completely disregarded the enchanting aroma that filled the atmosphere, the goosebumps that formed on my body, the scream that Tiffany yelled before jumping on a guy's back and the sound of my wolf purring in delight in the back of my head.
