She opened the door slowly.

"Anyone here?" Her voice echoed throughout the dark room.

She screamed loudly when a loud thunderstruck. She did not think twice and intruded the house. She moved her fingers on the wall, slowly, as she searched for the switchboard.

Click.

The Chandelier in the center of the room lit up and made the luxurious room visible. She stood there awestruck as her eyes ran over the golden walls, the lustrous ceiling, and the grand dining table.

She was mesmerized by the smoothness of the Mahagony table. She went near it in hushed steps and touched it. On her touch, three plates of porridge appeared on the table.

The aroma of the porridge swept Goldilocks off her feet and soon she found herself digging in. She could not stop on the first so she ate the second.

Her eyes widened at the empty plates and she started biting her nails.

What would the owners think of me, once they return?

Suddenly, the world around her started illuminating and losing colours. Her leg started to wobble as the world around her started to spin around. A sudden pain made it's way to her forehead and her head throbbed due to the excruciating pain. She walked weakly with her eyes closed.

Once she opened her eyes, she found herself in a large room with three beds. She sat on one off them and slowly dozed off.

"...can feed us for at least a week? " The hoarse voice woke Goldilocks from her deep slumber but she closed her eyes as soon as she opened it, wishing that they did not notice her sudden act.

"Her head looks really small but I do really hope that her brain is big!" A feminine voice replied.

"Can't we cook her already? " A childish voice whimpered.

Goldilocks could not wait any longer. It was then or never. She opened her eyes.

Three Bears stood before her in human clothes. The father bear was in a tux and the mother bear wore a red silk saree. The boy was wearing black kurta.

"Cursed black magicians!" She whisper shouted.

Black magicians were not unusual in that area. The black magicians fed on human brains and used the other body parts for their mysterious practices. They believed that human brains had special magical contents in them.

The human brains were addictive, and if not kept under control, can lead to the extinction of human species so Rani Nagritha used to curse the black magicians who could not control their desire for human brains. Some were transformed into animals while others were transformed into semi-humans. The three bears were semi-humans and Goldilocks knew about their craving for human brains.

She was warned about them by her friends when she came to the 'The Forest of doom' for an excursion. But it was not her choice to get lost or enter the house, both of them happened due to the heavy thunderstorm.

Goldilocks did not waste her time, she took her 'cellular gun', which was hidden in her socks. The gun was made with bat skin and used vampire fangs as bullets, a shot and the victim is drop dead. For the second time in her life, she felt thankful to her grandmother who gifted it to her. Her grandmother was a famous and talented 'monster hunter' who was killed by a black magician for her brain.

Goldilocks shot all the three bears right through their skulls.

She blew the smoke away and replaced it in her socks.

She went near the child bear and tore off the skin on its skull with her own hands. She could not find a hammer and she was becoming restless so she interlaced fingers on her either hands and banged on the skull. The sutures opened after a few attempts and she dug her nails through the fleshy brain. Blood dripped through her hand and mouth as she dug in.

"It's must tastier when it's fresh than when it's cooked into a porridge" She laughed.

Her laughter echoed throughout the room as it embraced the fridge which had human body parts and the caskets in the storeroom which were used to store the bones.

"Your brain tastes much better than Granny's"
