Chapter 4-Ball Game

3rd POV
"Hey Sugino I was wondering if you could help teach Hana how to pitch. She's really bad at catching," Natsumi says walking alongside him, Karma, and Nagisa.
"Does she want to do anything with sports?" Nagisa questions.
"Nope but I need revenge for all her cruel tutoring lessons so I thought why not help her with what she's terrible at," Natsumi points out.
"So she's bad at baseball?" Sugino questions.

"She's bad at sports," Natsumi answers. "You should see her spike though she's really good at that."
"So volleyball is what she's good?" Sugino questions.
"She's good at a lot of things but sports is one of the few exceptions," Natsumi states.

Bringing up the topic of a beach day Natsumi drowns them out distracted by a cloud. Once she spaces back in she sees the baseball team. "Oh uh hey uhm who are you guys again?" She questions earning a sweatdrop.

"That's Kazutaka Shindo," Hana states as Natsumi nods trying to cut in to the convo.

"You'll see the huge gap that's already opened between us at our age. "

"Did you just insult Hana's friends?" Natsumi questions earning a smirk from the group.

"Yeah so see you losers."

Back turn on them Natsumi snaps and climbs up the gate that was separating them from a fist well earned.

"What th-"

Blushing Nagisa falls back with a loud thud while Karma looks away and Sugino nosebleeds.

"Natsumi that's enough!" Hana attempting to be the voice of reason as she watches her friend beat the team up. Think Hana what'll snap her out of this. "Stop or no candy!"

Thud

Teary eyed and Natsumi returns back to normal somehow in front of Nagisa and the others. "No please don't I promise I'll study twice as hard just don't take my candy away!" She begs crying.

"Fine but no harming them. You have to face the team tomorrow."
"I'll train hard."
"Ah."
"I mean I'll study hard."

"That's better here," Hana smiles placing wrapped goodies on top of Natsumi's head who manages to keep it all balanced in place.

"How are you doing that?" Karma questions.
"It's called balance," Natsumi shrugs off then turns to face the others.

"Want one?"

"Where's Natsumi?" Kayano questions in realization on what today is. Everyone looks over at Hana who goes red in the face and looks away.
"She's sick today," Hana answers.
"Aw but she was talking about this day for the past month," Megu pouts.
"To think we could've really seen her in action," Rinka imitates hitting the air.

Natsumi POV

"Who the hell is he?"
"I don't know but he's a part of class E."
"Doesn't matter he's pathetic."

"Cheer me on will you beautiful?" I wink over at the girls who blush looking away.

"Woah, hey, why're they so fired up?"
"And who's the new guy?"
"Come to think of it where's coach Koro? I thought he was going to give us directions."
