YG Entertainment and BLACKPINK's Hyunjae have parted ways.
On April 27, the agency released the following statement:
Hello, this is YG Entertainment.
We are sad to tell you that BLACKPINK's Ahn Hyunjae has officially left the group and the company. She said she has to leave the country due to family problems, please go easy on her. She had given us a lot of things and memories, especially to the 4 girls.
We will still continue BLACKPINK, but with 4 members now.
The girls are aware and we send them our apologies, they are not going to be active for a few days.
We deeply give our sincere apologies to the Blinks, please do continue supporting the girls.
