~Chapter 4: New places but old faces~

It was very early in the morning. Well for America. he told his mom he was going to say goodbye to some friends, Not really giving any detail to his friends why is he leaving.

America when to knock on Japan's door he was greeted by Japan and Korea which it seemed they had a sleepover.

"Hey America-senpai" Japan said giving him a big bear hug. "Why are you here so early?" Japan said letting go of him and stepping back a bit.

"I'm leaving for awhile with my family,  just wanted to say goodbye before I leave and tell Germany I said goodbye as well" America said. "Oh ok, but for how long? " Japan said her ears flopping down. "Honestly I don't Know but I know it wouldn't be for so long" America said while waving hi to Korea.

"Ok bye America! Be safe" Japan said.  "Ok then you to. Bye Japan and Korea!" America said while they both wave goodbye.

He walked back to see canada leaning on the car like a bad boy, Pff.

"Hey maple Leaf" America said walking up to his brother. "Ready to go oh great and mighty one?" Canada said. "Yeah I guess. Hey were kiwi,  mom and Australia?" America said leaning on the car as well next to him. "Bringing there bags to the car then we'll be going." Canada said.

They were outside for a while waiting for the others until he saw a familiar ushadka across the street seeming to walk to the small café that is a few blocks away, he didn't seem to noticed America.

Secretly he wanted to go up to Russia give him a hug and tell him how much he'll miss him but he knew it will not work that way. Ever. America caught himself staring, he groan gladly his brother didn't realize who he just saw.

"What's the matter" Canada said. "Nothing just mom and the others are taking to long" It was partly true but still a lie. Just as he said it France, kiwi and Australia was walking to the car.

"Speak of the devil" Canada said as America sigh.  As Canada got inside in the back America insisted to be in front since he is the oldest, eventually France agreed and they started there long rode trip.

Meanwhile with russia~

I reach the café up the street it really good coffee. I was waiting in line, my mind wondering but seem to go to America and I keep trying to push the thought away.

Just him being near makes him nervous when there not fighting, well he does have to admit he did had some feelings for him in the past but that's over now he has to focus on the future not the past.

He got his coffee and whatever Ukraine and Belarus wanted and walked back,  he knew he was walking past America's house but didn't dare to look over there.

And when he did the car was gone. Weird but no need to bother me no I need to meet my father at the train station and meet is new "friend".

They said it was a few hours away. I'm starving, they say were almost there. What liers.

America looked outside seeing trees past by, everything that he was similar with gone. It didn't help with the anxiety he was feeling. something that he will not like at all.

Eventually they reach the base greeted with soldiers and guns.

Why bring him into this shit?

Probably want to teach him something when he going to face other countries and war.

Still why him and his siblings?

What if they get into something they can't get out of.

And that what will happen.

Russia was already on the train with his siblings and father the tension was thick, So Russia decided to speak to cut the tension.

"Father how are things back at the base?" Russia said fumbling with his thumbs. "Same old same old." USSR said now looking at Russia. "Russia later when we reach the base I want you to come to a meeting with me. Maybe meet some old friends" USSR said.  Russia looked at him. "How does that sound?" USSR said.

Russia gulp and said "отлично. я поеду с тобой (great. I'll come with you) " Russia said. "хорошо. это может научить тебя кое -  (good. This can teach you a few things)" USSR said.

America when out if the car and ran straight into his dad kinda make him stumble a bit. "Whoa be careful" UK said putting his hand on America's shoulder.

America looked at his dad he had a uniform on.

"Why the weird look?" UK said with a laugh.  "Oh just weird seeing you like his" America laughed nervously. "Oh understandable but son" UK said throwing something at him. "Wear this and meet me at the court yard in Fifteen minutes" UK said and just like that left.

America following his dad not knowing were to go. (Edit sorry for the mistake :'D)

Russia woke up to Belarus shaking him. "Wake up Russia were here" Belarus yelled whisper even though they were in a public place. Russia groan and stretch and got up to catch up with Belarus and the others.

They walked for a short while until USSR stopped in front of a man with a toothy smile.

"Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.  Meet Third Reich" USSR said while third grin grew wider. "So those are your kids?" Third Reich said. He is kinda scary if you ask me.

"Well duh, what does it look like?" USSR said rolling his "eyes". " Well, Third Reich show you guys to your room.  Russia your with me" USSR said.  "Can I trust you with the kids?" USSR said. "Of course you can. Were working together." Third Reich said as he walked to lead Ukraine and Belarus to there room.

"He better remember the meeting" USSR said. "Oh yeah that... " Russia said. "No need to be down boy. It's a life lesson!  Now get change we got some enemies to have a friendly chat with some old friends" USSR said handing over a uniform,  USSR pointed to a restroom Russia when inside and locked the door. He sigh.

America hated the uniform that his father forced him to wear.

"Stupid uniform. Stupid dad. Stupid stupid." America mumbled. "Now America watch your profanity. You need to be professional and convincing" UK said.

"Come on now we got some business to attend to" UK said walking down a long narrow walkway.

They were both nervous as hell. America had a hard time breathing correctly while Russia was trying to not have a panic attack.

They both looked down.

When they sat in the chair they both looked up and saw each other.

They saw each other.

They just stared both of there mouth's kinda open.

Then something clicked.
