I have been away from school for a week busy with Alpha to be classes and Makayla's birthday is coming up tomorrow, knowing Makayla she will definitely kill me if I don't host a party.Shes such a thorn but I love her she's the only person I love after mom. I picked my phone an dialled her number.

Why are you not home am coming to pick you up.

Weird no reply but I heard her take in a sharp breath then the call ended. I threw the phone on the bed, stood up and went downstairs.Kelvin my beta was getting the house set up for the party.

And Max my gamma was talking to the caterer.

I walk pass them with a slight nod and transform into my brown wolf with pecks of white scattered around it and little pecks of blue.i went for a run I was tired of all this Alpha bullshit.

I had just finished dressing up the party started without me I ask my beta to take control of it I wore a white shirt with a black ripped pants and white vans, just then Makayla barge into my room smiling happily.

"Dumbo I said I love you money"she quickly left the room ,I nod my head this girl is damn a fighter.
I walk out of the and headed towards the bar to get a drink but all my senses got wild my head was clouded with this tempting scent it was a dense morning forest scent mixed with mint I quickly hasten my speed sniffing the air I reach the bar but no one was there except Amber wearing a black fitted off shoulder gown

, but the smell was strong meaning she was here I quickly started sniffing harder letting Klan my wolf take control a bit to heighten my senses it stop at one of the guest room ,I heard a soft moan it broke me I was trying to control Klan to not break the door I turn to leave that's when I heard her sweet soothing voice "Chris please" it was sexual and pleading rage filled me my wolf wanted to taste the blood of the filthy warrior I stare blankly at the door"CHRIS" That did it I couldn't take this I broke the door and grab hold of the bastards neck I hit him to wall he passed out, I kept punching him then I heard her sobbing I quickly let go and head to her "Chris, ooo dear where did you disappear too" I picked her up as she started crying again her eyes still close I smell tequila that bastard must have drugged her.She buried her face to my neck as if inhaling my scent wait she's a human she can't smell it, She pulled back and look at me , she opened her eyes and I the world stop spinning she had brown eyes with a shade of purple .Then she passed out shit.
**Present**

I quickly went outside towards the garden behind the house,and lay her gently on a bench but she didn't let go I lay first with her on top of me I started combing her soft black hair with my hand , she started mumbling then opened her eyes , she slowly observe me with her bottom lips push forward a little like a pout ,then her eyes look at my lips God what did I ever do to deserve such beauty as mate, she turn and slipped off me falling on her butt I slip down beside her holding her but she only giggled and started playing with the grass , guess she's still drunk.All I could do was look at her her eyes ,lips , beauty , I trace my eyes down to her exposed neck I felt Klan surfacing .
"Get a grip dude u will scare her she's a human" I pushed Klan away.
"P***y"he snickers and I blocked him.

*Snap*

A stale sick scent hit me I turn around shit of all time why now when I just found my mate and spending time with her I quickly stood up pulling my mate with me I put my right hand around her slightly pushing her behind me.

"Ewww what's that smell!"she yelled ,wait she can smell it my mind was running hay wires just then my mate started running towards the direction into the deep part of the woods
Wait she smelled it.

I heard an ear piercing yell shit I quickly ran towards the direction my mate went.

"You bastard you f**king bit my leg ,it damn hurts!"my mate shouted at a black huge wolf , it charge at her I wanted to charge at it but my leg got stuck at a tree twig shit .

"O no your not gonna get lucky twice"my mate says I turn my head to see the wolf opening his mouth my mate swiftly pick a laying broken branch and shove it into his mouth choking him she twisted the stick blood rush out of his mouth he scratched and howl then went limp.

I was dumbfounded did she just wait am I seeing this for real , Klan was proud that his mate took out a rouge while drunk, just then she fell on the ground crying.

"No ,no ,no don't you dare die on me Wolfie I thought we where friends" tears roll down her face I turn and broke the twig around my leg and quickly picked her.

"It's dead"
"Shush shush ok it hurt you ok and you defend yourself" I tried consoling her , I turn and headed towards the mansion.
"Shush sleep mi Vida"
