Rosaline watched as Romeo, who had apparently been too busy to attend the party with her suddenly materialised out of thin air, walking over to Julietta and handing her the blouse.

He whispered something in her ear and grabbed her wrist, the one which was free from Paris's grasp and tugged her towards him. Juliet would have been pulled to his chest, had Paris not tightened his hold on her.

This resulted in an extremely intoxicated Julietta being sandwiched between two hot guys, a scene Rosaline was used to seeing in various cheesy rom coms and of course, shoujo anime.

" I think this counts as crossing the line. He opted out of a party saying he's busy but comes zooming in like Captain America when new girl is in danger? Is this even real life or is this some sort of a kdrama? " Hanabi asks, evidently pissed at the scene unfolding in front of them.

Viola, however, just shrugs. " It's obvious isn't it? He saw the video too and he couldn't help but come in to save his new neighbor from ruining herself. However, seems that someone was faster than him. " she says, nodding her head at Paris.

Indeed , it seemed like Julietta was leaning more towards Paris while Romeo was struggling to keep his hold on her.

" Should we interrupt?  " Hanabi asked, not knowing what to do . When Rosaline had given her the drink, she never expected Julietta to be that much of a lightweight.

Okay, scratch that.

Rosaline won't lie to herself.

She was desperately hoping Julietta was a lightweight and that she lost all her control like she did. Okay, not drunk enough to get dragged by a guy to have sex, but drunk enough to make a fool of herself . And she did. And Rosaline was enjoying it very much. Until the two most unexpected people came to her aid .

She wanted badly to interrupt and force Romeo to tell her what was going on, but she controlled herself.
Asking that in front of everyone would ruin her image .

She needed to be subtle. Maybe Monday.  Or the weekend if they ever met up .

Looking at his actions though, it seemed highly unlikely.

" No, for now let's watch the drama unfold ", Rosaline said .

Everyone kept taking more videos and pictures, until Paris snapped.

Literally.

He took a person's phone and threw it over the wall.

" Stop taking pictures! Don't you guys have anything better to do than ruin a person's life like that? All of you are despicable and immature brats who have no compassion!  Assholes, move aside! " , he said as both him and
Romeo dragged her away and out of the party.

Rosaline's jaw dropped . She had never seen the calm and collected President do something so instinctual.

And all it took was the new girl,  she thought.

Somehow, she didn't quite like the fact that if it was anyone whose rescue Paris had to come to, it had to be that wretched girl's.

She watched as the crowd dispersed and she told her friends, " My mood just got ruined. Lets go home? "

The girls agreed, neither wanting to remember the night's events and they quietly got out of the party.

--------------------------------------

Rosaline  slept through the next two days , not texting Romeo or any of her friends. Instead, she watched To All the boys I have loved before on Netflix for the millionth time, wishing for a life like Lara Jean's. Not so surprisingly, Romeo didn't text her once , and although Rosaline expected it, what she didn't expect was for it to hurt so much. No matter how many shows she binge watched on Netflix, the image of Juliet being helped by the two guys kept replaying in her head.
