Since the deactivation of Astro, Doctor O'shay felt guilty. When he went to the museum where they put Astro. He saw that Astro was gone. He ran to the ministry but when he looked up he saw Astro sitting on the rooftop looking at the sky. He looked like he was feeling human emotions. Doctor O'shay felt really guilty and tried to get Astro to go down but Astro didn't listen. Astro just left.
