Almost at the end! This is super crazy short, I'm so so so sorry!... enjoy! We're almost at the end.
(Hermione's pov)
"Hey guys!" I try to hide my panic. Ron and Harry keep looking back and forth between each other, trying to get the other person to talk first. Finally, Harry sighs and says "Look Hermione...we know about Pansy...actually we've known for a while." He stops and nudges Ron to continue. "Hermione why didn't you just tell us?"
This is not what I expected. But now I'm mad at myself for thinking for even a second that my two best friends wouldn't support me. I close my eyes, trying to shake off the guilt of doubting them.
"I- I'm sorry guys, I really am. Pansy wasn't ready and- we were both just scared y'know?" Harry sighs, "Yeah...actually...I do."
"Wait...what do you mean?" I ask.
All of a sudden Harry looks about as nervous as I was a minute ago. He takes a deep breath and looks right at me. "So...you know how I said I've know about you and Pansy for a while now? Well...don't be mad at him but...Draco told me."
I really don't understand what he's saying. "Why would Draco tell you that?" I ask. "Well, um..." Harry is shaking a bit, "Well because...we've sorta been going out for a bit now...OH but don't worry! Ginny knows!"
I literally have no words. This could not have gone better. All I can do is smile. After an awkward silence of the three of us smiling, Ron finally breaks the silence. "Well, looks like I'm the only straight one now...I love you goofs."
I think if I try and speak, I'll cry from joy so instead I lean across the table and hug both of them so tightly that it's hard to breath. "I'm so happy for you, Harry!"
"So...I think we should celebrate this. Perhaps a party? What do you say folks?" Says Harry after we pull away from our hug. Ron and I look at each other and an even bigger smile cracks open on his face.
"I say, we throw the biggest party Hogwarts has ever seen!"
