Pearl

Pearl had brought you to her room after introducing you to the other gems, who all adored you. If this was the first baby they were raising, they would have been nervous. But after helping to raise Steven, they already knew what to expect. Pearl had made you a crib with spare wood she found in the barn. Pearl tried to lay you down in the crib, but you cried every time she turned away from you. She was watching you splashing in the water in her room, while she was thinking what to name you. "Ivy.....Selene......(Y/N).....Jessica-" Pearl stopped as you tapped her arm.

"What? You like the name (Y/N)?" Pearl asked.

You let out a little giggle. Pearl smiled. "(Y/N) it is then" She said.

If any of those names are yours, just pretend they're different.

Garnet

As soon as Garnet got home, Steven had noticed the baby. He had questioned Garnet, then asked what the babies name was. Garnet had thought for a while, using her future vision to try to think of a name that you'd approve of, she came up with nothing, you were a picky baby. "She doesn't have one" Garnet said.

Steven had a concentrative look on his face, as he tried to think of a name. "What about (Y/N)?" Steven said.

You let out a giggle, showing you approved. "Where did that name come from?" Garnet asked.

"It's a name from a show I watched with Connie!" Steven said.

Garnet let out a chuckle.

Amethyst

Amethyst knew she had to name you, but she didn't know what. She was trying to name you un-human names like book, or clay. She had run out of human names to suggest a long time ago. "Just pick a name!" She yelled in annoyance. 

Garnet walked past her, trying not to chuckle. "What about (Y/N)?" Garnet asked.

You let out a giggle, clapping your hands. Amethyst's jaws dropped. "Are you kidding me!" Amethyst yelled in annoyance.

Garnet couldn't help herself, she laughed.

Steven Universe

Steven had spent the entire day running around Beach City with you, trying to find a name that you liked. He was now going back to the temple, still trying to think of a name. When he walked in, he saw Amethyst sitting on the couch. "Any luck?" She asked.

"No" Steven replied.

Pearl walked pass, seeing Steven's poor mood, she tried to help. "What about (Y/N)?" She recommended. 

You let out a giggle, and Steven's eyes turned to stars. "It's perfect!" He said.

Rose Quartz

Rose was sitting on the beach with you on her lap, Greg sitting next to her. Rose and Greg were throwing names at each other, trying to find a name for you. Greg was suggesting human names, while Rose suggested names of Gems.  They had been doing this for around two hours, and the sun was starting to set in the sky, causing the water to have an orange glow. You let out a yawn, closing your eyes as you started to fall asleep. "What about (Y/N)?" Greg asked.

You let out a giggle as you slept, loving the name, even hearing it in your dreams. Rose and Greg both let out laughs, then brought you back to the temple for a nap.
