"Cristina!" My mom called from downstairs.
"What!" I yelled from my room.
"Come here!" She replied.
Seconds later, I came bounding down the stairs, mumbling song lyrics to myself.
"What." I said when I got halfway down the stairs.
"Someone is here to see you."
I stopped on the stairs furrowing my eyebrows and thinking about who could possibly come to see me. As I turned around the corner, I screamed louder than I ever could.
"KATE!!!" I screamed, running towards her.
"CRIS!!!" She screamed back, and we hugged each other tightly, both of us crying.
"Oh my god. I love you so much." I cried.
"I love you too." She cried into my shoulder.
"Why are you here?" I asked, still holding onto her.
"We moved." She said, still crying.
"WHAT?!" I screamed, letting go of her.
"I live, like, 5 minutes from here." She smiled, still crying.
"Kate! Why didn't you tell me!" I screamed.
"I wanted to surprise you!" She screamed back.
"Oh my god!" I yelled, hugging her again.
My mom had left the room, and Kate and I stood, hugging each other for another million years.
"Oh my god." I mumbled. "I can't believe you're here."
"I can't either." She replied, still holding onto me.
"Oh my god, I love you so much." I repeated.
"I love you too."

"So, when are you gonna go home?" I asked, taking another small handful of popcorn from the bowl.
"Never." She smiled.
"I'm good with that." I nodded.
Then, my phone buzzed.
Then, I realized it had been buzzing for a while. I was just really wrapped up in meeting my twitter best friend that I didn't even pay attention to my phone.
I picked it up quickly, and realized that Hannah had been texting me.
Hannah: cris halp
Hannah: cRIS
Hannah: HALP
Hannah: wtf you told me you always have your phone
Hannah: aRE YOU IGNORING ME
Hannah: i feel so unloved :(
I gasped loudly, causing Kate to laugh quietly and ask why I reacted like that as I replied quickly to Hannah.
Me: oh my god sorry
Me: but i met kate so i was really distracted
Hannah: oH MY GOD
Hannah: LIKE @turnupwithcal KATE???
Me: yEAH
Hannah: AW IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU
Me: i cant wait until its us
Hannah: soon
Yeah, Kate stayed that night.
