Chapter twelve~ rem

As I walked to Karasuma, I was looking down. My ears were down too. "You're gonna leave this city, it's not safe," father stated clearly as he looks at me, full of worry. "But... but I can't leave!" I looked up at him, with watery eyes. "Sorry I can't risk letting you stay here Remal." Father walked away with Bitch-sensei, discussing some stuff.

I didn't wanna let go of father, I don't wanna see anyone from E-class because I will start crying, as I followed them I saw them talking about marriage and my heart sinks. I felt tears running down my face, I wanted to move but my whole body froze. 'n-no this can't be true, they wouldn't, would they?!?' I thought. I bend down and held my head from both sides trying to shake the idea of them getting married. "THIS CAN'T BE TRUE," I yelled without realizing it, making everyone look at me. I kept looking down and digged my nails in my hair, I saw my ponytails on the ground, my nails are sharp but I never thought they were this sharp.

I felt hands gently holding mine, I looked up to see that the hand belong to Karma. "Hey, what's wrong? Tell me." As he said these words, I couldn't fight tears back anymore and I started to sob loudly.

I looked at karasuma: "you can't just get married and... and take me away from here." My voice cracked but he just looked at me. "I'm sorry you can't stay here, it's too dangerous for you. And ye, I'm getting married. What's wrong with that?" He explained his point.
Irina just looked at me with guilt and pity stare, which triggered me even more. I felt my-my nails growing sharp again. "DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT" I yelled at her and ran away crying.

Third person p.o.v.

As rem ran away Karma looked at Karasuma and glared at Irina. "Why?! Why did you do that?!?" He looked confused, yet calm at the same time, trying to keep his cool while panicking. "She also has a say in you getting married and staying here! You can't take her away from us, from me!" He yelled as he starts walking back and forth trying to shake off rem' s image when she was crying.

Karasuma picked up Rem's hair and looked at it. 'I can't let her stay here or else she will get hurt more than she already is,' karasuma thought.

Back to remal's p.o.v.

I run in the house and slam my room's door shut as I slide down the door hugged my knees.
I start to cry and shake. I felt Luke, Luke is the baby wolf I found a few days ago. He transferred into a male that looked in his early 20's. "Hey, what's wrong?" I took a step away from him, enough surprises for one day. "I'm your big brother." I looked surprised at him, I could feel more tears going down my face. He whipped my tears away and smiled. "I'm here now, it's gonna be okay."
