I'm walking down the dark street. The group of vampires just killed off an entire pack of wolves. This is 1918. Our vampire group is mostly hunting down wolves. There is only place in this world for one supernatural sort and that is gonna be the vampires. I can be proud that at me 200th birthday I can say that I have the power of at least 500 vampires in this country. They work for me, kill for me and would die for me. Normal people spread rumors about a horrible vampire called Vladimir. I just ignore it. Stories always have a core of the truth. Which is the question.

I enter the big mansion on top of the hill. Vampires are walking around to all places, cleaning or doing paperwork. I walk upstairs, the second corridor to the left and the third room on my right hand. I open the door and walk into my bedroom. The room is mostly red and black. There is a bed which is never used for sleeping, since I'm a vampire Is can't sleep.

I walk to the other side of the room and open the big doors, revealing a balcony. I enter the balcony and can see the entire city in front of me. I can see the vampires working straight below me and the beautiful forests on the left and right of the city. The sky is night black with bright stars. I see a falling star. I watch the star fall before I whisper: "please little star, fulfill my wish. Don't let me be alone at my 300th birthday. I want someone to be by my side."

"Vladi, there is a visitor for you," my butler says while standing in the opening of the door. I turn around to see one of the wolves standing. He has a lot of injuries and is leaning against the wall to be able to stand.

"Thank you. You can go now," I mention before walking back in and closing the door.

"I want revenge for my family!" the man says. His eyes lit up green and I can see the efford he uses to not change.

"Well then, please follow me," I say before walking down the corridor. To the last door. The red door.

"What are we gonna do there?" the man asks.

"Well, I wouldn't want my carpet to get blood stains. It's a waste, isn't it?" I answer. The man looks at me dumbfounded but follows. I open the door and a intimate smell welcoms me. The smell of death. There blood stains on the wall, floor and even the ceiling. There are remains of humans spread over the place, although I ordered to clean it all up. Most vampires don't feel safe in this place.

"What kind of room is this?" the man asks confused.

"It's the room I use when someone bothers me. And you, wolf, seriously bother me," I say before closing the door.
