Ink managed to get his friend tohis couch. Error hadn't awaken quite yet, but Ink would be ready when did. Ready with another flood questions!
Error did eventually get up. He looked better than befor, but still seemed sickly.
"Hey, Sappy..." he managed with a coarse voice.
"Error! What happened?! I left you alone for barely an hour!" Ink began panicking on the spot.
Error seemed confused, and dazed, "...obssessed with me huh." Error chuckled weakly remembering the badly put together apology.
Ink breathed in slowly trying to calm down.
Ink held out a water bottle, "drink half of this right now." He said comandingly.
Error was a bit put back by the comanding behaviour, but shook it off with more sarcastic, "whatever you say MOM."
Ink pushed the water in Error's face more frusterated by the comment.
Error drank more than half in an instant. Now having a clear voice to make sarcastic remarks with.
Ink consistantly asked if Error was ok to which the answer was always, 'I am fine' to Ink's annoyance. This had something to do with what Error wasn't telling him. He knew it.
"Error what's wrong. You're obviously not ok. Please babe tell what it is." Ink pleaded having enough of this back, and forth.
Error was way too dazed to understand the situation. He was too tired, and annoyed to care what came out of his mouth, "it's fine Ink! I'm just pregnant!" Ink stared at Error in disbelief, "now stop bothering me." Error rolled over, and fell asleep instantly.
"Haha, yeah right. Probably having fever dreams, or delusions..." Ink said more in a reassurance for himself.
He stared nervously at his companions shirt that just barely covered his stomach. Ink reached for the edge of the sweater hesitantley. 'There is no way' he thought as he grabbed the shirt. Slowly he lifted it off the rounded surface, and low, and behold, a small souling sat in the middle of Error's womb, glowing brightly.
Ink couldn't believe it, he rest his had on the ectoplasmic barrier separating him from his child. 'His child's. The souling glowed brighter with joy. It was real. This child was real.
It was beautiful, brilliant, perfect, even!
Their baby was so bright, and strong already. It's magic was already so extravagant.
Ink sat their, and blanked out for nearly an hour, "You're PREGNANT!?"
The late reaction startled Error awake, "What the hell!" Error snapped.
"You're PREGNANT!?" Ink questionedonce more.
Error looked at Ink motified, and shocked. How could he know that?
Error looked dumbfounded, he was so embarrassed, and shocked. How!
Ink breathed in deeply, trying to calm himself. It didn't work as well as last time. He didn't want to scare Error off, but he was so excited...he didn't want to puke either.
"Alright. Are you, or are you not pregnant?" Ink stated trying to keep his voice level, he knew the answer, but he wanted Error to say it.
Error blinked in confusion, "w-what..."
"Are you pregnant or not?" Ink repeated steadily.
Error was silent, just completely silent. He was blushing from pure embarrassment. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. He needed more time. He didn't know what to do. Should he run? Should he keep it a secret a bit longer? Could he keep it a secret a bit longer?
Should he just say it?
Ink's reaction was nearly unpredictable. He should be happy about it..., but he could get upset. Ink could leave him. By himself. Move on to the next bitch. Maybe Dream, or Blue, or...anyone really.
He didn't want that. He didn't want any of that!
He had worked so damn hard for this creature that it would be a waste to give it up now! But Ink,... despite what a shitty person he was, Ink was the light of his life.
He wanted to hope for the best, but...he was just too scared.
He felt...helpless. He hated that.
But it was too late now. He had acted foolishly. Ink must have gotten the hint by now. He would kill him if Error lied to him again.
He had no choice but to tell him.
Ink noticed the silence. He might be coming out a bit firm. Ink wanted Error open up not shut off. Ink then gave Error a reassuring smile, and held his hand, "It's okay. I'm here for you."
Error couldn't help the tears that streamed out his sockets. The release of fear was relieving, but also overwhelming.
Error almost jumped on him. He was so happy, and scared, and sad.
The two began laughing while still in a tight embrace.
"So. I didn't get an answer." Ink joked still laughing as he said so.
Error snorted, "Yes, Ink. I am pregnant."
