Hannah was playing with Muffin, her dog her mom recently got her. Olivia was baking ginger cookies for Hannah and making homemade dog treats. Having a dog was a big responsibility to have. You would have to feed it, groom it, train it, Walk i- "Bork!" Muffin was now at the front door, barking.

"I think she wants to go outside, Hannah. Why don't you give her a walk as I cook some Dinner for the two of us?" Olivia said while looking over at Muffin.

"Okay, mommy!" Hannah ran over to the front door and put on her bright pink shoes. "I'll be back soon!"

"Do you want me to come? I don't think It's safe to walk outside by yourself. The food can wait."

"Mommy, I'm going to be with Muffin. She'll protect me! You continue making supper for us, I'll be back really soon!" Hannah walked out the front door as Muffin followed. A few seconds later, the door was shut. Olivia sighed as she continued to cook Dinner.

Hannah was walking down the sidewalk with Muffin walking behind her. In the sun, Muffins fur got dimmer. Or more like the colour of the led from a single pencil. Hannah had her bright pink shoes on, with slightly ripped jeans and a yellow and pink striped tank top on. Her socks were one solid colour. Blue. Hannah looked up at the sky and noticed something about the clouds. There were none. She looked behind her. Still no clouds.

"Hm... Muffin, do you know where all the clouds went?" Hannah patted Muffin on the head. Muffin glanced at her like she didn't understand what she said. Well... He didn't. Because he was a dog. "I forgot, you're a dog. You can't talk." Hannah started giggling to herself.

Then suddenly, Muffin stopped walking. "What is it, Muffin?" She started barking behind them. "Why are you barking, what is it?" Hannah looked up. It was another dog. "Oh boy..." Hannah attempted to pick Muffin up but struggled, from the weight of her. She was pretty heavy for her size. "Muffin, stop it! Don't bite it!" Hannah tried to hold Muffin back but failed.

Muffin charged towards the bright white Pomeranian. Its fur was brighter than Muffins.

"Sorry, Missy hasn't seen other dogs before!" The owner of the small dog explained, lifting her dog before Muffin could bite her. "Muffin, bad dog!" You scowled. Muffin looked at you sadly and put his head down. "Um... This is the first time Muffin has seen a dog as well." Hannah looked at the Pomeranian.

"Can I pet her?"

"Sure, just be gentle."

Hannah stepped closer to the small white dog, reaching out her hand to pat its head. Her hand softly touched the tiny dogs small head and dragged itself down its body until there was no other place to pet.

Muffin stared at the tiny dog. "Wheres your parents?" The owner asked.

"My mom is still at home cooking supper and baking food for Muffin and me." Hannah started. "I was just giving Muffin her first walk today. She hasn't been outside since we got her. Which was about... A few hours ago? Muffin didn't want to go outside until now. I wonder why..." Hannah looked up at the sky. "Do you know where the clouds are? I looked up and they weren't there."

The owner looked up in the sky. "Actually, I haven't noticed until now. Let me check the weather forecast." The owner flipped out her phone.

"Weather forecast?" Hannah looked confused. She didn't know what the weather forecast was. "What is the weather forecast? It sounds like something for the weather, but I'm not completely sure."

"It is for the weather, actually. It's to check the weather today and tomorrow and the following week. People out there in the world actually found out how to tell what the weathers going to be like in the future. It's something on television and on an app on phones." The owner covered the sun with her hands so she could see her screen. "It's actually going to rain today. I guess it hasn't started." The owner stopped.

"Wait- how is it suppose to rain when there are no clouds?"

You both looked at the sky. "Maybe the weathers wrong?" Hannah guessed, thinking out loud. "Oh um... What time is it?"

The owner looked at the time on her phone. "Its a quarter to five." "Oh, I have to get home! My moms going to worry If I'm not home by supper." Hannah suddenly gestured Muffin to follow her as she ran back home.
