Alarms. Alarms are blaring. Elizabeth has been trained to focus in any situation, but the alarms are causing her physical pain. She used to think of her heightened senses as an advantage, but right now they seem like a curse. She attached a gun to her belt holster and put knives in her boots, pockets, belt, and any other place she could think of. She held one knife in her hand as she dashed out of her dorm. HYDRA soldiers rushed past her, but she couldn't help but feel that they were going in the wrong direction. She weaved through the soldiers and was about to turn the corner when she heard voices. One voice sounded really familiar.

"We need to find that girl quick if we want to stay on track."

She knew that voice anywhere, Captain America. HYDRA has shown its soldiers many clips of Captain America, all of which were propaganda against him. Any soldier should be able to easily recognize his voice. She tried to focus on their footsteps and voices, but the alarms still took most of Elizabeth's attention. She wasn't fully prepared when her three targets turned the corner, but she attacked anyways.

She dashed at the blonde-silver haired man, but he sprinted out of the way in a hazy blur. Why did that seem familiar? She turned around to a metal arm in her gut. She stumbled but recovered and went to slash him, but the quick blur stripped her of her weapon. She angrily pulled a knife out of her boot and continued fighting. She swept Captain America's legs out from under him and pinned him down with her legs. she aimed for his heart with her knife, but he was too quick with his shield. Speaking of quick, the fast one rammed her off of Captain America, and into a wall. Despite all of her training to hold onto weapons for dear life, she was stunned and dropped her knife on impact with the wall. The man with the metal arm forced her to her feet, with her back up against him. He put her in a choke-hold and held a pressure point. Though she tried to fight it, Elizabeth collapsed.

Perspective change sort of?

"All right, Pietro. Get her onto the Quinjet and have her chained down. Check her for more weapons while you're at it."

     "On it."

Pietro picked her up and dashed to the Quinjet. Before he chained her up, he checked her for any more weapons.

"A gun? That's a problem," he mumbled as he threw the gun out of the Quinjet. He then proceeded to remove knives from her boots, belt, and pockets. "How many knives does this girl have?!" He tossed all of her weapons out and handcuffed her, and also chained her to her seat in the Quinjet. After a little bit of waiting, the girl woke up.

Perspective change?

"Where am I...?" She tried to stand up but her chains prohibited it. She then realized she had been kidnapped. "Who are you? What am I doing here?"

"Whoa, whoa. Slow down with all the questions," at first, all she could focus on was his Sokovian accent. Then she recognized his face.

"Wait a second, I know you! You're the roadrunner who betrayed HYDRA, and your sister too! I heard all about you."

"You make it sound as if betraying HYDRA is a bad thing." She only rolled her eyes in response. "Also, why do you have an American accent if you are from a Sokovian base?"

"I was American before HYDRA took me in, I guess the Sokovian accent just never rubbed off on me. But I don't see how my accent is relevant."

     "I was just wondering."

"Whatever, I don't know why you have me here, but this is a big mistake. Just wait until I get these handcuffs off."

"Maybe you will not get them off, unless you cooperate with us."
