I woke up and for once I was actually alone in my bed, no boys were even in the apartment which was also really weird. I decided to stay in my bed for a while because I couldn't be bothered to get up yet. I didn't have any plans today except a Skype meeting at 11am.
After about an hour of just scrolling through social media I decided to get up. I walked out of my room and Katie wasn't up yet so I just went into the kitchen and grabbed a cup of coffee. I took it back into my room and drank it in here whilst watching Netflix. We had one episode left of the Umbrella Academy and I really wanted to watch it but Jack said that I wasn't allowed too because we had to watch it together.
I finished my coffee and then realised I should probably look presentable considering my meeting was in half an hour. i untied my hair and thoroughly brushed it. I also just threw on any outfit I could find and then started the call. The meeting lasted about an hour and I was getting non stop messages and calls fro Jack throughout. My phone was silenced obviously but my phone was on the bed next to my laptop and I couldn't stop looking at it.
When the meeting was over I called him back to see what he wanted.
Jack: Hello
Ellie: Hey is everything alright you've called me like 100 times
Jack: Oh yeah because you wouldn't answer me
Ellie: yeah sorry I was in a meeting
Jack: oh sorry didnt know that, anyway I'm all good I was just wondering of you wanted to go out, well I was gonna say for breakfast but its more like brunch now.
Ellie: Yeah of course I would love to
Jack: Ok great
Ellie: I will come pick you up from the house when I'm ready
Jack: Ok bye
Ellie: see ya
Once the call ended I looked over at the mirror and realised how trash I looked, my outfit didn't match at all, I had no make up on and my hair was all frizzy. I picked out a new outfit and payed it out on my bed and I went over and sat at my vanity. I wore a light pink make up look today because why not. I also straightened my hair because it looked like a hot mess.
