The Truth Comes Out

Roxy's P.O.V

"Yeah, I'm fine, just a bad dream" I said barely above a whisper, looking at my hands. "Do you want one of us to stay?" Rocky asked adn I shook my head, "No thanks" I said and they all nodded their heads. Everyone said goodnight and then walked out, leaving Rydel and I in the room, alone. "Roxy, what was the dream about?" Rydel asked and I looked at my hands then at her, "Well, I need to telll you something first and you must promise not to tell Bree I told you" I said as she sat on the bottom of my bed, "I promise" she causiously answered.

"Well, the other day when I went to say sorry to Bree, I walked in on her and she was cutting herself. She told me that she used to cut as a little girl but stopped and started again. She made me promise not to tell anyone but I can't just stand and watch as she hurts herself when there is so much help out there for her " I said and I heard Rydel gasp then wipe away a tear, "In the dream, she killed herself infront of me and then I gave a speech at her funeral then everything went black" I sobbed as she hugged me, "You did the right thing by telling someone" Rydel said and I nodded, "I will tell Ell tomorrow" I said and she looked at me then at her phone, "If you want I can" she said and I nodded, "Now get some sleep, you will be really tired in the morning and you won't be able to cope" she said and then gave me a kiss on the head, climbing into her own bed, I fell into a deep sleep.

The Next Morning

"Rox, wake up!" Ryland shouted in my ear making me hit him over the head, "Go away!" I shouted. "No! You need to get up, Ratliff and Bree are here!" he shouted and I groaned, jumping out of my bed then pushing him out of the room so I could get changed. I looked glanced out the window and saw it was sunny so I decided to wear my shorts and 5SOS top. Taking a deep breath, I walked down the stairs, "Hey guys" I greeted them, making everyone look at me then away."What?" I asked and Bree looked at me, tears in her eyes. "I gotta go" she said and stood up, walking out the front door and I looked at Rydel and she nodded indicating that she had confronted her and she wasn't talking to me. I ran out and saw her walking down the street, wiping tears from her eyes so I followed her and eventually caught up with her. "Bree! Slow down!" I said as she sped up but then stopped at the park. "I trusted you and you betrayed me! You're just like everyone else!" she shouted and I looked at her, "I done the right thing" I retaleated making her roll her eyes. "Why did you tell them?!?" she shouted and I looked her square in the eyes, "I saw things I didn't want to see! Bree, you died right infront of me and I didn't do anything!" I shouted and she scoffed, "Well, now everyone knows! They all think I'm an attention seeking b***h!" Bree shouted, making me look at the ground. "Well, you know what I don't care what happens anymore! I'm done getting into trouble for being roped into another one of your stupid ideas and plans! Everytime I try and do something nice or something that will benefit you but you don't care, do you?" I asked and she looked at me then pushed me to the ground, "I don't need your help. I don't need anyone's help!" she screamed and I just looked at her then stood up, flinging the best friend knecklace that she had the other half at her then said in a calm voice, "I guess this doesn't mean anything then" and with that, I walked home.

As I ran through the front door I was met at the door by a worried El. "Where's Bree?" he asked and I shrugged, "Don't know and don't care!" then I ran to Rydel and I's room to grab my basketball. Before I ran out the door and towards the door, I was stopped by Ryland, "Can I come with?" he asked and I nodded then walked out the door, Ryland walking beside me.
