I meet up with Min-Sensei at the village gates and we sign out, then we leave, the travel was full of idle chatter, we were quiet and alert but also a little care free, when we were near the sand village Min-Sensei said "When we return, I'll give you a form, it's for the Chunin exams, you'll be an odd ninja since you don't have a team." I nod and said "I don't mind." She nodded and we arrived at the sand village gates.

They questions our presence and then once we handed them the letter from the hokage, they let us in and one of them escorted us to the Kazekage. When we arrived at the Kazekage's office I was annoyed by the heat so using my chakra I encased myself in cool chakra that won't hinder the surrounding temperatures. The Kazekage greeted us and we were informed of any details we might be missing and then we set of again.

It took us 3 days to get to the sand village and 3 days to return to the land of fire, after that we spent an entire day tracking the thief ninja and instead of it taking a week only took a day to catch him using my as Min-sensei calls it 'Chakra Field.' I giggled at the name and we found him quickly.

I would say he is a B-ranked ninja, but me and Min-sensei defeated him very quickly, I killed him when Min-sensei nodded her head in agreement, Min-sensei had a Kekkai Genkai that let's her View the memories of those she see's of course only if the person is either unconscious or weak minded, that is why I never let my guard down around Min-sensei, I worn anyone ever see my memories, I only need to fake one thing, my eyes, and I do that almost 24/7.

Anyway, after we recovered the scroll and made sure it was the right one we headed back to the sand village, taking another 3 days, after we delivered it to the Kazekage he thanked us and then dismissed us.

We then headed home, taking another 3 days, it has now been 2 weeks since we started this mission, we were estimated to actually take a month, so when we turned up at the Hokage's office unscathed and mission completed he congratulated us.

Then Min-Sensei gave me the form for the Chunin exam, I filled it out right there then I went home as requested by the hokage. When I returned I saw Kurenai's team hanging out with me clansmen, when I walked through the gate, the one who noticed me first was young Zera, the youngest of all my clansmen.

She saw me and shouted "Aiko-Sama has returned!!!!!" I smile at her and she came and hugged me, I then said "Hello everyone." They all bowed politely and said "Welcome back Aiko-Sama!" I smiled and said "How about tomorrow I tell you all about the clans history, and teach you our secret Jutsu, ok?" They nod excitedly and then I said "Now, I'm very tired, so I be headed to bed early, is there anything I need to know."

Yurin the oldest of the females stepped forward and said "Umm.. Aiko-Sama... it would seem that Qrow-San, your messenger bird... umm.." she seemed a hr scared to tell me so I looked at Kiba and he said "Sorry Aiko-san... Qrow passed Away a Couple days ago, he had a heart attack and no one found his body till a day after he passed." I felt my heart stop.

Qrow... not Qrow... I could handle the death of any of them.. but not Qrow.. he was my first friend.. he was the one that taught me how to live... he always protected him. I felt a tear fall down my cheek, I wiped it and smiled as I said "Well.. nothing we can do now can we.. so.. has he been buried or dealt with yet?"

Tom, the oldest of the males stepped forward and said "He is in a box sitting on your dining room table, he has not been touched, besides when he was cleaned a couple day ago." I nod and say "Well... umm... please have him buried in the clan cementary, you will find it a short walk west of my house, you will find 2 stones already with names on them, please bury Qrow for me, I would like to be awoken at 5 am if I do not awaken, ok?" I felt my voice crack when I said ok, they all nodded and I went into my home, I went straight to my room and cried, I silently cried and blamed myself for not being here, after I cried for a couple hours I passed out from exhaustion.

I awoke the next day unsurprisingly at 4 am, I smiled to myself but then I remembered Qrow was dead.. I nonetheless was smiling, my personality forced me to, I didn't want to, I never wanted to have a smile plastered on my face, I want people to see how hurt I am.

I masked my empty and full eyes by forcefully making them seem lively and sparkly. I left my room and felt like that eye mask was 10 times harder to wear because I wasn't greeted with Qrow's familiar greeting and question of weather or not I was eating, I felt myself smile a little brighter when I realized that Qrow cared, he loved me, he wanted me to be healthy.

I had no appetite but for Qrow, I ate, I ate breakfast, and I forced myself to keep it down, because I breakfast I ate was in the fridge and the letter was messily written and I knew it was Qrow's writing, I read it and suppressed the tears that wanted to come forward.

The note read: Dear Aiko, sorry if you wanted to eat something else today, I didn't know if you were coming back today, tomorrow or even next week, so if your eating this and I'm not there, improbably doing my usual errands, I love you Aiko! Now eat up, you have big things to do today! Sorry if it's bad, you know I'm not a very good cook, I made meals that will last about a month in the fridge, hope you enjoy the first meal of many to come.. that is if you don't return... sincerely Qrow.

I couldn't hold back back as I ate, his food was badly made, but the fact I was eating food he'd never make again made me cry, I ate the meal and when I was done I said "Thank you Qrow, I loved it." I was then crying, he made me food, he only cooked when he missed me, he missed me for a whole 2 weeks.

There was 10 other dishes in the fridge I would eat them, one at a time, and I would enjoy them.

The rest of the day I trained my clansmen and told them the clan history, the clan history... not my history, I then visited Qrow's grave and placed an empty plate at his grave, the plate that he had used to serve me, the plate that once held his horrible cooking at which.. I ate.

Then I slept the next day I'd have missions and I'd fulfill my duties that's what Qrow would want.
