We walked to the Art House café and i ordered a drink but no food, I just wanted today to be over and this life to be done. I pulled out a $5 note but Tristan beat me to it and paid, "hey" I said and he poked his tongue out at me. "What?" he asked innocently, "you didn't have to pay" I said nudging his shoulder. "But I wanted to be a gentlemen" he said putting his arm around my shoulder.

"One Iced chocolate" the girl behind the counter announced and I went to retrieve my order. "This day is honestly very much a fucked up kind of day" I said before taking a sip of my drink. "Why do they bully you?" Tristan asked, "for fun I guess" I said shrugging my shoulders. "So to them hurting you is like a hobby for them" he said grabbing his iced mocha from the counter. "You could put it that way" I said taking another sip, "I just wish sometimes it could be over. Like maybe if I disappeared everyone would be happy and I could be with my mum" I said and he took my drink from my hand and placed it on the table next to him before giving me a hug.

"Hey if you disappeared I wouldn't of met you and I've actually grown fond of you quite quickly" he said hugging me a little tighter. "Come on let's get out of here" he said grabbing his drink and I did the same. We left the cafe and walked down the street, everyone was working today so the streets weren't as busy. It was 11am and there was no way I was going back to school and also the school wouldn't bother calling.

———time skip/ after school———

I walked home with Tristan and when I got to the house there was another car in the driveway. Oil must've had visitors. I walked inside and everyone looked my way and then I realised who the guest was. It was Josh Franceschi sitting on the couch talking to Oli, "Hey Dad" Tristan greeted. "Hey mate how was school?" Josh asked, "good I met a new friend" Tristan said with a smile. "Aww that's amazing now you have a friend" Josh said as he smiled at me. "Hey Oli" I said and he smiled, "Hey how was school?" He asked and I looked down at the floor and sighed then looked up to answer. "Great" I lied and Tristan knew I lied, I left to go up to my room. I closed my door and put my bag down.

I don't plan on going back nor do I plan on staying here, I want my mum and as crazy as it sounds I miss her more than anything. There was soon a knock on the door and i looked over and saw Hannah had just walked in and the door was shut. "What do you want?" I asked with bitterness in my tone, she walked towards me silently. I took a few step back and she grabbed my arm and pushed me down to the floor, I went to try and get up and she slapped me across the face. I tried to crawl away and she kicked my side making me roll over. She placed her hands around my neck and i tried to fight back. "You are the worst mistake ever!" she screamed as she tried to tighten her grip.

I went to kick her and I managed to kick her leg making her get away from me, I tried to back away even though i was really weak. I reached over to the draw and she walked over and grabbed my wrist making me hiss. "Looks like your half way there" she said with envy, i hated Hannah so much. She roughly let go and walked out of the room closing the door with a slight slam. I opened the draw and grabbed my small bag that contained what i needed, I opened the bag and looked inside grabbing what i needed.

I could move from where I was and I just felt frozen like my body was heavy and I couldn't move. I looked at the contents that was still in the bag and sighed weakly, why am I still here.
