viii.

I woke up with Aidan sleeping on my shoulder. we had both fallen asleep. With the credits of the movie playing. Popcorn everywhere.

I looked down to see me and Aidan's hands locked together. I smiled at the thought of us together. But I was getting to ahead of myself, we've only known each other for an hour. well, me at least.

I grabbed my phone from my back pocket as I slowly took my hand away from Aidan's.

"Woah" I mutter to myself. There was 100s of notifications from instagram. I open the app and get the shock of my life.

(Ok so I kinda said she was like 10 in the beginning of the story but I'm changing her age to like 14, and yea I know that's not the phone format of ig sorry lol)
I was practically famous, and surprisingly pretty.

I looked around my page, I saw my bio, actress? I thought, then I put two and two together, I was a growing actress, so was Aidan (I was guessing) and we were probably in a show or something together, that's why we have to read the script.

I was proud of myself for noticing this. But there was one problem with this, I couldn't act to save my life. I prayed that I would be gifted with acting powers in the next 10 minutes or something, But I was stopped in my thoughts,

"Heyo" I heard Aidan say sleepily, I looked at his disheveled hair and ran my hand through it. He was so cute when he was tired.

"Hey" I smiled at him, he looked up at me and smiled a crooked smile, I couldn't help but giggle.

"Hey! What is it?" He said laughing to.

"Nothing, your just adorable" I said laughing, we were both laughing now.

Then Aidan gasped
"You know what? We should go to the beach!" He said looking at me like an excited puppy.

I never got to go to the beach in my old life, we lived dead in the middle of Chicago, but who knows were I live here.

"Ooh yea!" I said happily, I've only ever been to the old rusty pool in my old town. I always went with my friends, I remember going down the big waterslides with them everyday in the summer.

"Oooh we can read our scripts there to!" He said sitting up right, I just smiled at him. He pushed away the blanket and got up from the couch, he stretched his arm a bit and yawned.

He went upstairs to change into his swim trunks. So I took out my phone and went on Instagram, the first post to pop up was a girl.

I'm guessing her name was Clara, she was really pretty to. She might have been one of my friends, she only looked a few years older than me anyway.

But something else caught my eye, the stories, the 3rd one was a girl named Elle jade, could that be my sister? Well no shit, who else would I be following named Elle jade.

I opened up her profile,

Woah, I thought, she was really cute, she looked much older than she did this morning. Which made no sense, but she was only 5. I read her bio over and over, she was just a mini me, I thought.

Then Aidan came downstairs with his swim shorts on and a t-shirt, "So let's walk to your house and get your stuff and then we leave ok?" He said running his hands through his hair, I smiled and nodded.

Time skip

We were at my house, I knocked on the door since it was locked, Jordan opened it.

"What do you guys want" she said as we walked through the door.

"Just getting some stuff!" I yelled as we went up the spiral stairs.

When we got into my room he sat on my bed.

I went into my big closet and tried to find swim stuff, finally I found a drawer filled with swim suits, I decided on a black 2 piece, I put a white sweater and leggings on top of it.

Aidan was on his phone when I came out of the closet, he looked up at me and smiled.

"You look good!" He said excited, I laughed and said a quiet "thanks"

Time skip

The beach was surprisingly really close, only about a 10 minute walk, how cool was that.

we were basically the only ones there, it was almost sundown so the sunset was out and it couldn't have been prettier.

we laid all our stuff down and sat next to each other watching the sunset for a good 5 minutes before we got up, we walked toward the water and played in it for a bit, we were so happy we didn't even hear the flash of the camera.
