I haven't slept in like 10 days. And haven't eaten at all today. I manage to get a seat on the bus. No one sits next to me, probably because of the permanent scowl plastered on my face. I plugged my headphones into my phone and stared out the window, slowly falling asleep.

30 minutes later
I woke suddenly to my head slamming into the seat in front of me, I yelped and then let a deep groan escape my mouth. I placed my hand on the seat next to me, only to abruptly pull it back. I looked over, a boy about my age maybe older smiled at me awkwardly, obviously uncomfortable. "SORRY!" I yelled as I moved as far into the seat as I could, people stared blankly, like ghosts waking from their permanent place in hell. But I looked back at the boy next to me, it's will my best friend for most of my childhood, I don't really know why we stopped hanging out. I guess he just stared getting popular and I didn't. He's kinda staring at me with... interest?

He was pretty handsome, but I'd never admit it. He was covered in freckles almost like little stars stuck to his body, his hair was a sandy blonde, but unruly, in a cute way. His eyes were so blue, they almost hurt to look at. His skin was tanned from obviously many days in the sun. His clothes were casual, blue washed jeans with a plain white shirt apart from the little black pineapple stamp on his chest.
He was the absolute opposite of me.
Apart from the blush spread across his cheeks.

(This is a really short chapter sorry)
