Strange boy

3rd pov

Corbyn slowly walked into the school office to grab his schedule. He looked down at the light blue slip of paper, that held all of his lessons on it in black ink. Corbyn looked at what lessons he had today. He was starting his lessons at lunch meaning that he only had two lessons to do before he could go home. Maths and Music.

As the bleached blonde boy walked into the cafeteria he gained the attention of everyone. He insecurely pulled the hood of his hoodie up over his head as he sat at the back of the cafeteria and stated to read his favourite book. 'space and what lives in it'.

Everyone, boy and girl stared at the boy, no one wanting to look away from the beautiful yet strange boy that had just walked into their lunch room. Not one person dares to talk to the boy.

Pretty much everyone had heard of Corbyn and what had happened to him. Corbyn used to love talking and he used to be very out going ,but that all changed on Corbyn's 10th birthday.

Corbyn's dad came home drunk, again. When he came home drunk he would hit Corbyn and his mother. This one time Corbyn's dad went too far. He stabbed Corbyn's mom 5 times in her heart. Corbyn watched him do it, all the poor blonde boy could do was cry and beg for him to stop. After Corbyn's dad had finished stabbing Corbyn's mom, he grabbed Corbyn and drew a long line down his face with the knife, all the way there his eyebrow, down his cheek, through his top and bottom lip. New then punched Corbyn in his throat causing the boy to lose his ability to talk or make any noise.

Daniel watched the boy from a distance. Secretly, Daniel found Corbyn cute and wished he could be with him.

Daniel finally built up the courage to talk to Corbyn. "Hey Corbyn" Daniel's voice echoed around the quiet library making Corbyn look up and wave. Daniel sat down in front of Corbyn and looked at the book he was reading " 'space and what lives in it' " Corbyn nodded smiling slightly. Daniel wanted to try and make the boy feel like a normal child at this school. Instead of an outcast, a strange boy.

"You know, maybe we could have all been aliens at one point in time," Corbyn nodded and closed his book shrugging. " Do you know about that theory about the asteroid that killed all of the dinosaurs and created human life on earth? " the brunette questioned the blonde. Corbyn nodded and rested his head on his hands. "Well, I believe that the asteroid that supposedly 'killed all dinosaurs ' could have been a ufo and maybe the aliens killed the dinosaurs trying to experiment on them and we evolved from them." Corbyn's eyes went wide at the boy in front of him.

After a few hours of Corbyn and Daniel laughing and talking Daniel smiles at Corbyn and said "you know, you're not as strange as people say, you are actually quite normal" Corbyn smiled and nodded.
