> Keep your feet warm at all times, a warm pair of socks and some slippers should do the trick. Do Not be barefoot. You will die 😑
> Don't drink cold drinks
> Have some tea. Any tea is perfectly fine. This isn't even for health reasons, tea and other warm drinks relax muscles and soothe inflammation.
> Take some pain pills the night before you have your period and the next morning after waking up.
> Do some yoga, but not just any yoga. The specific yoga stretches I personally use, especially for my back are:
-The FISH POSE
-The CAMEL POSE
(if you don't know what they are, just Google them! Google has pictures with instructions on each yoga pose)> An oldie but a goody, Grab your warm water bottle!
