Laurel Pt 2

Hey All I know I've been really inconsistent with writing, I just don't seem to find time to write, plus I start college next month, so I'll try and upload as much as I can! Thank you all for sticking with me! I love you all!

Previously...

Sara closes her eyes, "Please let my baby be okay."

"LAUREL!!! MOMMA!!!"

Sara's eyes snap open and she runs as fast as her heavily pregnant belly will let her.

Running into the med bay Sara sees Amina cowering in the corner and Laurel has fallen off the bed and is convulsing on the floor.

"Oh my god," Sara quickly makes her way to Laurel's side and tries to keep her on her side.

"Mina baby, go get Uncle Ray Sweetie!"

"..."

Getting no response from Amina, Sara turns her had to see the Amina is now convulsing as well, "Amina!"

Sara has tears pouring down her face, she feels helpless. "RAY!! RAY PLEASE HELP!" she cries in vain.

Ray comes running to the med bay, "What!? What's happening!?" Ray takes in the scene in front of him, Sara kneeling next to a convulsing Laurel, looking so defeated and in pain, and Amina convulsing in the corner.

He runs to Amina and grabs one of the med bracelets and quickly puts it on her wrist, "Gideon, give Amina a mild sedative, it should relax her body enough to the point where she stops convulsing"

Gideon gives her the sedative and Amina stops convulsing. He carefully picked her up and placed a groggy Amina on one of the beds.

Sara, who still has tears streaking her face, couldn't reach Laurel's med bracelet, it flew off when she started seizing, "Ray please..." she whimpers.

"I got her Sara, I got her."

He picks up Laurel's med bracelet and puts it on her and has Gideon administer the same sedative to Laurel. She stops convulsing but her eyes stay closed.

"Laurel, Laurel baby, open your eyes sweetie, open them for momma.." Sara pleads with her daughter.

Laurel slowly open her eyes, "Heavy eyes momma..."

Sara chokes out a sob and sends a silent prayer, "I know baby but you gotta keep them open baby."

Sara looks up at Ray with bloodshot eyes, "Watch her for me.." Ray nods and talks softly with Laurel.

Sara turns and goes to Amina's side, "Hi baby..."

Amina has tears in her eyes and her lip quivers, "Am I gon die Momma?"

Sara shakes her head, "No, you're gonna be just fine baby. Umi and all of us are gonna keep you and Laurel safe baby girl."

"Pomise?" Amina whispers

"I promise baby, it's gonna be okay."

Amina nods, "okay momma."

Amina holds her arms out and Sara sits her up and holds her tight.

Sara lets go and kisses Amina's head, "Momma has to go call Umi and Ava, I'm gonna put you in bed with Laurel and you two can hang with uncle Ray, sound good?"

Amina nods her head and Sara struggles, but picks her up and sits her next to Laurel.

She kisses Laurel's head, "Momma will be right back baby, I'm gonna go call Mommy."
