Arrival

Fontaine's POV
I stared out of the window and saw the coastline coming up. Soon enough we arrived at the dock and unloaded our bags. "Mommy how long will we be here? Ant moaned. "Well the update on the Aronex could take up to 8 months to complete. So will be here as long as it takes." Mom answered. We walked in and Dad checked us in. I couldn't help notice a boy about my age standing on the other side of the room with who I guessed were his sister and Dad. Without realising it I smiled and he looked at me and smiled back. "Fontaine!!" Mom called. "Yeah" I replied snapping out of my dreamlike state. "We're going to our room". We got in the elevator and went up to the penthouse. We all had our own room in the penthouse. Ant ran up to his where as I just rolled my eyes and walked up the spiralling staircase to mine. When I entered I saw how it was blue with a nice large double bed. Walk in closet. And a balcony and even my own toilet!! Pulling my case into the closet I realised just how big it was. I kept walking. Until I came across a staircase. Gingerly I began to make my way down in it. Once I'd reached the end I came to a dead end. When suddenly a door opened. And the boy from the lobby stood infront of me. He jumped inside and closed the door. "Hi" he said "I'm Finn". "Hello Finn" I replied "I'm Fontaine". "Wait should I call you Smiling Finn?" I joked. He laughed. "That's funny". "Well see ya round Fon" "See ya round smiling Finn". (Now you know how smiling Finn started). I made my way out of the closet back up the steps and into my room. "Fontaine. There you are" Mom began "Put on a dress we're going out for dinner". She then left. I began to rummage through my case to find something. "Perfect" I shouted as I pulled a dress out. It was a gorgeous purple with the most beautiful flower on it. The skirt didn't puff out. It was amazing. I went to meet my family in the dining room but ran into Finn. "Hey" he said. "Hey" I replied. "You look nice" he giggled. "Is something funny??" I asked arms folded. Within seconds we were both in fits of laughter. "See ya later" I said as I walked away "Yeah later" he called back. As I made my way into the dining hall I began to look around for my folks. Eventually I spotted them. I sat down at the table and ordered food. After dinner was over I went into my room and put my PJs on. Suddenly I heard a knock come from the wardrobe I opened it and stepped inside. "Boo!!" A voice shouted. "Ah!!" I screamed "Finn!! You scared the hell out of me!!" I screamed. He was just laughing. Within minutes we were just walking talking and laughing. We kept on until we both thought it best to go. As I left I smiled at him and he smiled back. "Later Fon!" He called. "Later Smiling Finn"
