Snatch| My hero academia

Chapter 1

4 year old izuku midoriya sat with his mom inko midoriya in the doctors office, today they would find out what his quirks are and if he can become a hero

"Well mrs midoriya it looks like little Izuku will be getting a quirk" izuku began to jump with joy hearing this as his mother asked

"So what is this quirk exactly?" The pulled out a note pad and read out loud

"He will receive two quirks, the first is called snatch: the user is able to snatch someones possession and make it their own, the quirk allows him to copy quirks and depending how much he copies depends if its permanent or not, so if he copies someones quirk fully he will also have that quirk, however the process of fully taking a quirk could take days if not weeks for this quirk. His second quirk is hyper regeneration, it is quite strong and could be immortality but we cant really test it out, not legally anyway" when he finished izuku began to bounce around the room as he repeated

"IVE GOT A QUIRK, NOW I CAN BE A HERO" His mother could only smile proudly at her son as he was one step closer to his dream and whikst he ran round the doctor told her the draw backs of his quirks

"Mrs midoriya, the drawbacks" she nodded "for snatch, the more he uses it the greedier he will become, this can be counted however if you bring him up to be humble and dont over praise him, he'll just end up with a cocky attitude but nothing too severe" she nodded again "and for his regeneration quirk, as we don't know its full extent we cant say for now" she thanked the doctor as the two left and izuku begged to go to his best friends house

They arrived at the door to see a blonde haired woman who was known as mitsuki
"Ah inko, izuku what are you doing here?" She asked the two

"Well izuku got his quirk and he wanted to come tell katsuki" inko answered as mitsuki motioned for them to come in

"Well katsuki's in his room isuku just head up" he nodded as he ran up the stairs and the two mothers began to talk

"KACCHAN I GOT MY QUIRK" he burst through his friends door scaring him in the process

"WHAT THE HELL DEKU? DONT SCARE ME LIKE THAT!" He screamed at his best friend "so? What is it?" He asked

"Well i got 2" katsuki had a look of shock "the first is called snatch, i can take someone possession and claim it as my own and can also copy someones quirk, if i completely copy it i can also have the quirk aswell as the original owner" katsuki nodded

"And the other?" He asked trying to hide his excitement, like it wasn't already obvious

"Its a regeneration quirk, and, and according to the doctor it could be immortality" he said so ecstatic that he repeated his words as his friend was just shocked

"Well show me this snatch then" he said as he held an all might action figure

"Well the thing is, i dont know how it works" he looked down as katsuki sighed then said

"Well lets find out" over the course of the next 2 hours the two tried anything they could think of before something actually worked when Izuku extended his hand and closed the middle and ring finger, this caused the all might action figure to fly out of the explosive boys hands and into izuku's as they both let out loud cheers before running downstairs to their moms

"MOM MOM LOOK" izuku shouted as his mom turned to him

"What is it izuku?" She asked as he turned to katsuki and they both said

"Deku/I found out how to use his/my quirk" the two mothers told them to show them and they did, izuku once again taking the all might action figure from katsuki as inko hugged him

"Thats great izuku, your much closer to becoming a hero with katsuki now" izuku could only beam at his mom

Time skip

Over the next 10 years izuku had grown to be quite cocky and at times greedy due to his quirk, he would often anger other students as they would try and start a fight but izuku would just sap their power as they fell to the floor it was later discovered as-well that izuku's regeneration quirk was immortality as when one day he and inko were in the mall when a villain attack occurred, the two were separated and  izuku was taken as a hostage, when the heroes would give the villain what he wanted he cut the boy in half as everyone could only look in disgust and try to not throw up, however his cut began to let off steam as he stood back up even after his body was separated by a meter or 2.

It was when he was walking home under a tunnel that a slime villain attacked him, he dodged as his bag fell off and to the other side of the tunnel, izuku could only sigh, as his staff was in there, one that was given to him by his martial arts teacher as he was to "use it when he became a hero", he carried it everywhere, extending his hand and using his quirk he brought the staff to himself and spun it around himself before looking to the villain and swinging it at him whilst saying

"Fox hunt" the villain exploded all over the tunnel before the sewer lid began to rumble and then fly off

"I AM HERE" came the distinct voice of the number 1 pro hero All Might

"Oh, Hey All might" the teen said boredly as the hero looked at him with a sweatdrop at how this kid wasn't freaking out about him
