Chapter 14

"Miss Im, welcome home!"

Jennie was surprised when the bellboy greeted Nayeon that way. In fact, everyone was bowing down to her and Nayeon just gave them that acknowledging smile as they walked past them. She held Jennie's hand tightly like as though Jennie might slip away from her. Well, it might be if Nayeon was not careful.

"Err, Nayeon? Why are they greeting you like that?"

"My grandfather owns this hotel. In fact, few hoteliers in Europe belong to my grandfather."

"Im Nayeon, are you rich by any chance?"

"I'm filthy rich, Miss Kim."

"How filthy rich are you?"

Nayeon just smiled before leaning closer to whisper in Jennie's ears. The lady was shocked.

"WHAT?!"

"Don't look at me like that."

"You're Im Yoong's granddaughter?!"

"Well, yes. But not many people know about that."

Apparently, Nayeon's grandfather is one of the richest men in the world. But not many people know much about Im Yoong's family as he's really private about his personal issues.

"Your grandfather is very private person."

"He doesn't want his grandchildren to be scrutinized by the media. He loves us a lot."

"So I'm dating Im Yoong's granddaughter?"

"I'm his 1st granddaughter; 5th grandchild. Yes, you're dating Im Yoong's granddaughter."

"1st   granddaughter has many privileges isn't it?"

"Well, he dotes on me the most."

Their conversation continued all the way back to Nayeon's presidential suite at the most upper level floor. Jennie was awed.

"This is my place."

"What?"

"This is not open to the hotel guests. In fact, this hotel belongs to me. My grandfather gifted me with this hotel when I was 21."

Nayeon took out her coat; Jennie's mouth had already dropped to the floor.

"Why are you so surprised?"

"You don't look that kind of filthy rich kind of lady."
