The corridor walk was almost deafening at how silent the white walls were. Every now and then the faint battle cry from behind them sent shivers down their spine. Every now and then the group would pass a window, inside were screens of different areas of the world they had been trapped in.

Towns they had visited, forests they had walked, dungeons they had conquered. It was strange seeing the NPCs and monsters idly stand as they walked their repeated routines. Everything looked far more peaceful than when you were there. And as the final glimpse of the last screen disappeared from your view the corridor ended, a door slightly taller than the rest stood, an ominous humming noise coming from the other side.

A key card insert was on a panel in the centre of the door. You pulled out the Admin card, hovering it near the door, before quickly pulling your hand back as a force pulled the card into the slot. The door seemed to light up before spitting the card back out and opening. At first you were hesitant to step into the room, taking your time to put the card back into your pocket, but then you went for it, cautiously walking into the room.

You had reached it. The control room.

A large room with a glowing sphere spinning in the centre identical to the one you had seen in your dream. However this time, the lights were on and the control was already turned on, no card required to open the system.

This was it.

You walked up to the panel, your cards following behind, the three you used slightly beaten and bruised from the previous battle. You immediately took control of the panel, as you go through the systems you see live images of security footage of the room you were once in. All you could see was Chaelin and 56 struggling to keep up the pace. Kai and Jisoo were no where to be seen which sent a wave of fear through you. Determined to keep going you got yourself up to the same point Zira had reached: End Game or Reset.

You froze.

You knew why she had such difficulty with this decision. She loved someone who was in this game. Code that could be saved. She couldn't just end them.

"What are you waiting for?" Jimin questioned with a sad smile.

"You all... I-" you stopped and turned to them. "I don't want you to go."

"What do you mean? We'll find each other outside the game..." Taehyung spoke, the same expression as Jimin on his face.

Without saying anything you rushed towards your cards, pulling them all into a massive hug. "I'll miss you guys." The tears were already falling.

As everyone pulled away Jungkook stayed attached. "I love you..."

.

.

.

"I'm sorry."

And with that you felt a sharp pain in your back. A piercing blade that no doubt belonged to the Assassin in the deck. Your eyes widened as you felt your body drop, Jungkook falling with you, supporting you as Yoongi walked towards the control panel his other dagger in his hand.

The blood dropped down as your HP bar fell to below critical.

With one last kiss to your lips, Jungkook took your last breathe. Your vision turned blurry as you watched your card take control of the panel. You watched, breathe ragged, as Yoongi took the panel typing some code into the system before pressing End Game.

And just like that...

...it ended.
