~*Chapter 10*~

Jordan looked down at the small Male, his gaze softening. "C'mon, get off your ass. You're blocking people's way." He held out a hand to Seth (who was now on the floor from the impact of hitting Jordan), and pulled him up.

Seth stared at the taller male for what seemed like eternity. He couldn't help it! "Hey!" Jordan snapped his fingers in front of Seth's face. "Don't you have a class to go to?" Seth looked at one of the clocks on the wall, his eyes widening in realization. "Crap, you're right! See you in class, Jordan!" Seth exclaimed before running off.

"Tch..." Jordan mumbled to himself "When will he realize how adorable he is?" Jordan said, exasperated.

Once Seth finally made it to class, he sat in his usual seat in the corner. Welp, time to go through another boring day at school

~*Time Skip*~

Seth ran out of the school, knowing he only had limited time. Once the bus had finally made it to his neighborhood, he ran to his house and changed into his casual clothes. "Bye, dad! I'm heading to work!" Seth called out throughout his house. He got an "Okay!" Of affirmation before he started walking to the humane society. He felt the cool winter breeze bite at the skin of his face.

He walked into the humane society, a large smile on his face. "Hey, Veronica!" Seth greeted the woman at the front desk. "Sup, Seth?" Veronica greeted him back. "There's a new volunteer." She called out to Seth, glancing at him.

"Oh, really?" "Yeah, he's hanging out with the puppies right now." Seth smiled and thanked Veronica for the Intel. He was excited to meet someone who was willing to help animals as much as he was.

Seth turned the corner to where the puppies crates were located.
