When I got home from school I was tired from all the work I did today I went straight to my room putting on my pink jogging pants with my white tank top on i put my long hair in a messy bun and went into the living room watching t.v. I saw Monty come out of his room he smiled at me and tried to kiss me I turned my head just in time when he bent down. He chuckled with a devilish grin on his face,... Im just so tired of living with him and the only reason Im even living with him is because I didn't want to leave my friends and move to Jamaica with my mom. Thats a big move not just friends but starting my life over in a different country I just wasn't ready for that step in my life especially at the age I was. "How was your day beautiful he asked me while sitting next to me i twisted up my lips at him but decided not to go there "It was pretty good i looked down at my phone and seen Parshay name across my phone I slide the answer glide over and answered it quickly."Parshay why werent you at school today? "Parshay gurls do it all the time Nicole is dating a guy name Tyrone and hes drug Lord on the South side and i heard shes still in school. I think you should think on it or at least go to night school and get your GED don't let this love for a man get you not focused on education . What if he gets caught up in the game and goes to jail how will you provide for your baby with no diploma even burger places wanna see if you have you diploma . "I always knew that gurl was a fast one i looked at Monty he was looking at the t.v i ignored his comment and began watching t.v. I noticed that Monty was rubing my leg i swallowed hard and made up and excuse to leave the living room ."I-I um i have homework so i should get started on it i got up quickly and notice he was following me to my room. I ran into my room and closed the door quickly and clicked the lock. ''BITCH YOU BETTER OPEN THIS DOOR I PAY BILLS NOT YOU . "NO Monty your drunk please leave me alone! At that very moment I felt like a helpless child that couldn't defend herself I slid down the wall and held my hands open palm to my ears praying he will go away and this will all end. Tears were not pouring out from my eyes and dripping down my face like a faucet. All of a sudden I heard silence and I just knew he was gone away from the door. I looked under the door and didnt see his shadow or nothing I stood up wipping my face in the process. I slowly opened the door and Monty pushed the door back so hard it hit me in the nose and I was leaking blood real bad. ''YOU LIL DIRTY BITCH he grabbed me by my neck and through me on the bed I was to much in pain to fight him off and I let him do what he wanted.

I woke up around 3 0 clock in the morning and i noticed that i was in Monty's bed i got out and went to my room i put on my shoes and went to go sit on the porch quietly. Around this time everybody was sleep or doing something quiet which was fine with me but im happy i can get this time to myself." I see you still come out here when you cant sleep I turrned around and seen Daryl walking towards me. I stood up "Come on Amaria just relax i just only wanna talk to ya I promise not to try to kiss you i grinned he was still a charmer. "Alright" i sat back down and he sat next to me .What are thinking about I looked at Daryl trynna see where he was taking this conversation but he still looked good tall musclar beautiful hazel eyes mixed with some purto Rican i still kinda loved him. "I dont know just life you know its like all my life i had to choose who i wanted to be with either mother or father i feel like my mother didnt try hard to win me instead she gets remarried and starts reproducing kids right away. "Amaria i do you do deserve better ma you just havent found your true self yet and when you do so your gonna be so happy i know he wants you to stay forever but your 18 mama and Queens everybody tryna leave this place and i know you want to too."I heard about you and three other people getting an oppturnity to go to Norben High and i think you should say yes give them rich kids a run for there money we both laughed. "Your right Daryl thanks we both stood up and he hugged me he pulles away and lightly kissed me on my cheek. "Come on let me walk ya up i nodded he placed his hand on my middle of my back gently and I lead the way up the steps to the building. I'm glad I was able to talk to him i now knew what i had to do imma do it im going to make Amaria Reyna Rose proud for once and imma go to Norben and get smarter should i say.
